I went to the store today, June 25, 2022 to return a $20 item and they didn't want to give me my money back without a receipt. I thought (like every other company in 2022) that if they looked up my phone number they can see my receipt - but no. So then I was hoping they can pull up my email from their computer to see my receipt - but no. He said the only thing he can do is give me an exchang/gift card. I told him I'm not interested in that. Im returning the item unopened and I want my money back. The store manager was right there, heard the whole conversation, but he didn't say a word. Where's the customer service from the store manager? I will not do my shopping here again. Bad customer service and bad return policy.

Trustworthy! I needed a battery. I'm visiting town. They told me that my car was still under warranty and told me where my dealership was located locally. Nice!

Extremely friendly gentleman I've never dealt with before and been like this out of the numerous times helping me with very simple matter however was very thorough all the way up to the part where he didn't want to install the brakes on the car! But I guess they're not like windshield wipers.

Stopped in to get a battery for my car. The staff, Heather, was super helpful and recommended the best battery for my vehicle and even installed it! Great service! She installed the battery in less than 15 mins. Thank you Heather!

This is one of the best AutoZone store that I have ever been in. Whoever is managing this store is doing whatever they need to do for something that is missing nowadays..... Customer service. I live in Charlotte, but always take the extra ride to come out to this store. Thanks

Went to AutoZone for a battery replacement, the “parts manager” was extremely rude and said he couldn’t do it because of policy. Left the battery cover off and didn’t even bother to reattach it. He just walked inside without saying a word after saying, it’s against policy. I drove down the road to Advance Auto and they had it replaced in seconds. I don’t know if he was trying to just pull a fast one because we are females, but they will never get my business again. Drive the extra mile to Advance, the guys there were fantastic!

Big shout out to Ray for his excellent customer service! He was prompt and made sure I got the right parts for my vintage VW bus. Not only that, he went above and beyond by helping me jump start my bus when it didn’t start (yes, the bus would sometimes do that). Great job Ray and Auto Zone for taking care of your team members!

Greeted as soon as you walk in the door, store is immaculate. Very knowledgeable employees. Asked a couple of questions in regards to what I THOUGHT I needed and they were able to give me great recommendations. Good variety in stock as well. Will definitely come back to shop again.

This is a good spot to find anything related to cars. Motor Oil, any type of fluid for the direction of your car, seat covers, products to remove scratchs. The sell good brands. The staff is very kind and well known all the products in the store. I recommend this place.
