Terrible service starting with the lady Jada. Been there at 630pm. she skipped my turn I was helped until 750pm and they said they need my husband. That they can’t wait for him They allowed me because I was on fire already. They should tell me before selling accessories to a couple that came in after me. I know there is a short on staff. But if you are Jada, you better stay home and give opportunity to some one else that is willing to help customers. Finally the manager help me. And today my phone is not working again. Hate to go back today. Just waiting to switch to Verizon ASAP They don’t deserve any start

When I enter the store I was greeted by Ms.Veronica she was very helpful with switching my service over from another Carrier plus i even got a ipad! Veronica also helped me understand the plan & More! Veronica keep up the great work

Veronica helped me and my fiance and she was amazing! She was very patient and took her time with us to help resolve all the issues we were running into! We were there for quite a while and she was calm and nice the entire time. This store is always the most helpful with anything, I will always go to this location. :)

Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating. Tacyra especially helped me out a lot when I came in to switch my service over from T-Mobile. She was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable! The girl knows her stuff! The store has a great team of employees all around. Thank you all!

I was visiting a few months ago and my phone froze and I was really upset. Tia the manager was awesome, she not only ensured me that my phone got fixed but she also made it fun and easy to do. I came into the store frustrated but I left the store with a smile on my face and in a great mood. Tia is a the best!!!!!

The entire team went above and beyond to help me with the issues on my bill and upgrade my phone. I had a lot of questions about costs but David and Tia were very patient in assisting me. This isn’t the closest att to me, but I will definitely be making the drive to come back.
