Best cell phone store in Huntersville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Veronica helped me and my fiance and she was amazing! She was very patient and took her time with us to help resolve all the issues we were running into! We were there for quite a while and she was calm and nice the entire time. This store is always the most helpful with anything, I will always go to this location. :) ~D33

Worst service ever. Bought a phone and after the first charge it wouldn't power up. They wanted me to pay $25 and wait 7 to 10 days for a new phone. Keep in mind I just spent 200 3 days earlier. The manager said he would have one over nighed. 3 dats later still no phone. Call the store and the girl at the counter was rude and ended up hanging up one me. Do your self a favor a spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else ~Mike

Go talk to kennon he is the man. I spent hours at the idlewild location to no avail. Kennon took care of me in 30 mins. Definitely will come back! ~Chris
