My daughter is a huge fan due to the touch less car wash. It easy to get in and out of, if you can get the gas vehicles out of the diesel pumps ~Amanda

I went to the store today, June 25, 2022 to return a $20 item and they didn't want to give me my money back without a receipt. I thought (like every other company in 2022) that if they looked up my phone number they can see my receipt - but no. So then I was hoping they can pull up my email from their computer to see my receipt - but no. He said the only thing he can do is give me an exchang/gift card. I told him I'm not interested in that. Im returning the item unopened and I want my money back. The store manager was right there, heard the whole conversation, but he didn't say a word. Where's the customer service from the store manager? I will not do my shopping here again. Bad customer service and bad return policy. ~James

Great parts store off the beaten path. Super price on auto windshield sun shades. $2 Counter guy dug two out of the rafters in back of the warehouse. Happy. Clean well organized store. Tools galore! ~S

Veronica helped me and my fiance and she was amazing! She was very patient and took her time with us to help resolve all the issues we were running into! We were there for quite a while and she was calm and nice the entire time. This store is always the most helpful with anything, I will always go to this location. :) ~D33

This is not the place to go. My son went in there to have his taxes done. He left there needing a few more things. Once he sent them things over to the tax lady. He had to go online and pay 400.00 Dollars before he could review his taxes. Once he Paid the 400 He reviewed his taxes.He didn't agree with what the tax lady put. So he wanted his money back. He had to call a special number where they made a claim. The claim had to be sent to the store manager for approval and the manager has to send it back to the claims department. My son spoke to the manager Mr James Reid who said he approved the refund and sent it back to the claims department. After a while of not getting the check in the mail or hearing anything. My son called the claims department to find out something wasn't done correctly on the stores end He called Mr Reid while having the claims department on the phone but Mr Reid didn't answer. When Mr Reid returned my son's call. He said that he did everything and it was on the claims departments end. My son told him he would call the claims department back and when he did he would call Mr Reid back on a three way call to try and get this figured out. Mr Reid acted like other calls where more important than my son's and he was at the car dealership witch was more important than my son's claim. This upset my son and he asked Mr Reid for his supervisors contact information and Mr Reid hung up on my son. This is uncalled for. They take your money before you can review your taxes then make you jump through hoops to get it back. Don't use this place. We will be contacting the BBB to let them about this horrible experience. ~Christa

I came in this establishment on my lunch to heat my food up that I brought with me from home. Upon entry I was confronted by a small oriental lady who told me that I could not bring my lunchbox in to the establishment. After I took my lunchbox back out to my work truck, and separated my food into a grocery bag I had, (inconvenience) I went back in to heat my food up. After heating up my lunch I walked around trying to find mustard and ketchup, and then was approached by an oriental man with an attitude asking me, what Was I looking for, while he glanced at my grocery bag over and over. (Trying to see if I stole something) when I asked him if they had mustard and ketchup he immediately said “we just ran out”, (with an attitude). I am not sure about the procedure involved with someone trying to steal, but no way shape or form was I trying to steal. But yet was made to feel as if I was suspected of stealing. This is very unprofessional and unsettling to know that at any point in time can be suspected of trying to steal. I pass by this station every week.. but I will definitely not be back. ~Josh

I would give the grooming service at this place zero stars if I could. I took my 2 year old labradoodle for a grooming service and was very specific with the groomer about simply "shaping" the coat not "cutting". He pushed back and told me that he recommended a "naked cut" to which I adamantly declined and specified that I wanted to maintain the length and simply wanted to "SHAPE" the cut. I even paid extra so she could get her fur conditioned and brushed. He did the complete opposite of what I asked. He completely shaved her fur off. He even shaved her beautiful eyelashes off. The level of disregard for my request and care for my dog is APPALLING. I do not recommend at all. A five year old would have done a better job. ~BDR

My car broke down at the Exxon 7/11. I spoke with the manager and was told i would be ok where i was for the night. I just returned to deal with the issue and i was towed $300 The sign said “no unauthorized overnight parking” i was authorized. I need reimbursed ~Farpoint
