I came in this establishment on my lunch to heat my food up that I brought with me from home. Upon entry I was confronted by a small oriental lady who told me that I could not bring my lunchbox in to the establishment. After I took my lunchbox back out to my work truck, and separated my food into a grocery bag I had, (inconvenience) I went back in to heat my food up. After heating up my lunch I walked around trying to find mustard and ketchup, and then was approached by an oriental man with an attitude asking me, what Was I looking for, while he glanced at my grocery bag over and over. (Trying to see if I stole something) when I asked him if they had mustard and ketchup he immediately said “we just ran out”, (with an attitude).
I am not sure about the procedure involved with someone trying to steal, but no way shape or form was I trying to steal. But yet was made to feel as if I was suspected of stealing.
This is very unprofessional and unsettling to know that at any point in time can be suspected of trying to steal.
I pass by this station every week.. but I will definitely not be back. ~Josh
