Best car battery store in Huntersville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I went to the store today, June 25, 2022 to return a $20 item and they didn't want to give me my money back without a receipt. I thought (like every other company in 2022) that if they looked up my phone number they can see my receipt - but no. So then I was hoping they can pull up my email from their computer to see my receipt - but no. He said the only thing he can do is give me an exchang/gift card. I told him I'm not interested in that. Im returning the item unopened and I want my money back. The store manager was right there, heard the whole conversation, but he didn't say a word. Where's the customer service from the store manager? I will not do my shopping here again. Bad customer service and bad return policy. ~James

Great parts store off the beaten path. Super price on auto windshield sun shades. $2 Counter guy dug two out of the rafters in back of the warehouse. Happy. Clean well organized store. Tools galore! ~S

Receipts say “Full Warranty” and was dated for a full year from purchase date. But as always warranties are never honored. It is always customers word against their opinion. Will never buy from them again. Will take my business else where. Advise others to do the same. ~Scott
