Receipts say “Full Warranty” and was dated for a full year from purchase date. But as always warranties are never honored. It is always customers word against their opinion. Will never buy from them again. Will take my business else where. Advise others to do the same.

When I first came in, I was greeted, told them I had ordered batteries on line. One ask for my name, the other went and got my cores. By that time one had got my batteries and was headed back out my truck. And I was out of there. Fast and friendly service. I ordered on line so I got a discount. Will buy again.

Top notch staff extremely professional, courteous, respectful and most of all trustworthy. I brought my phone in to repair a cracked screen 1/9/22. I could not have asked for more, from the level of service I was provided. Highly recommend them for any cell phone repair, the quality of work, speed of service and overall trust and the team is unmatched.

Store is in a convenient location in Huntersville, easy on/off exit 23 Interstate 77. Employee greeted me promptly when I entered. He was courteous and professional. Before coming in to the store, it was easy and fast for me to find a 7W, 120V replacement light bulb on the company website for a nylon Christmas inflatable decoration, order online, and pickup a 4-pack of bulbs in store. While in the store, a different employee was also able to replace a battery in my dead watch to get it working again. I have gone to this store multiple times in the past when I was searching for a hard-to-find battery or light bulb.

It’s not often you get what you pay for or get more than you expect for what you paid. Stopped in to get a battery replacement on my iPhone 7 Plus. Walked in, was greeted and helped right away. The technician not only replaced my battery but cleaned all speakers and the charging port. I purchased a new screen protector and bought a new otterbox while I was there. Excellent pricing on accessories with repair. Phone now holds a charge and I can hear people on the other end of the line. Looks new and works like new again. We will be going here to have our phones repaired as needed instead of upgrading. Keeping the home button as long as I can.

Went in there on a Tuesday night and got batteries changed in two of my watches. They changed them quickly, set the time and date for me as well. Great service I would recommend 5 stars.

The tech made this process super easy. The process wasn't very long, about 30 minutes, though the tech did advise that was in part because the back was removed. This is probably the third time that I've been to this Batteries Plus over the years. Every time that I've been, it has taken less time than I thought it would be. The people here are very knowledgeable. The online process to book an appointment is very easy to use.

Somehow, I broke the rear facing camera cover on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus phone. It was damaged enough I was afraid that I may have damaged the camera itself. The great employees at Batteries Plus Bulbs had my phone repaired in about 30 minutes and for much cheaper than I expected. I highly recommend.

I stopped by Sat 8/21 because my 2 40V batteries for a leaf blower and trimmer would not charge. The 2 employees were extremely helpful and fully engaged in resolving my problem. They tested each battery and I left 15 minutes later with both of them able to take a charge again. I will be back for all my battery needs.
