My Dad needed batteries for a small light that he has, apparently they are the only place that has them. Of course they are only sold in a single pack for 5 bucks each or a 4 pack for 13 bucks, its outrageous that you cannot get what you need without being charged a ridiculous price. They supposedly have a 3 pack from another brand but of course they dont have any of those in stock, just the way overpriced 4 packs. 🙄

I appreciate dealing with a local store in case something is wrong with the transaction. Excellent service. The tech identified two potential causes for the problem and a worked through the resolution. The root cause was a defective battery that was still covered under the warranty by the store. The replacement was no charge to me and a the total experience was very good.

Broke my phones screen and decided to make a reservation at this place. Was greeted almost immediately, they did a quick check in, and i opted to get a new battery for half off the normal price. They gave me a rough estimate of 2 hours and lo and behold it took 2 hours. Very happy with the work done, the price, and the people

was sold a bad battery with no warranty, they knew it was a bad battery since the package was open already before selling to me. they didn't want to warranty because they didn't do the install but i am a certified shop and needed a battery that day to complete a job, should have waited for one from my supplier. will not do business with again. also seen one of their technicians lose a screw to a customers remote for their car while i was in there.

I was told one price for a phone repair and when I got to the store I was told a different story. Within 30 minutes I was in a competitors shop and had it fixed in under 20. They always have the specialty batteries I need but I may shop elsewhere.

I talked to associates at two different stores and both were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to find the battery I needed and the online ordering and in store pick-up worked flawlessly. The price was fair and the same day convenience was an added bonus. The reason is simple.. Nicholas! Rare you get great customer service anymore. My online order was not ready yet because I stopped in early as I was heading home from work and didn't want to come back into town if I could help it. Nicholas checked the computer to what I had ordered and went to the back and had my battery ready in practically 3 seconds. Having paid online I just had to sign a piece of paper and I was out the door with my new battery after turning in my old bad battery for recycling. Nicholas was very professional and batteries Plus Bulbs has my UPS working like new again. Great experience! Thanks.
