Signed up for an automatic monthly shipment with first shipment happening in March of this year. Now, 4 months later, received notification and billing for next auto ship ... with an 85% price increase. Now I admit, mine is a small shipment price wise and a much larger priced shipment would show a much lesser % increase (maybe, as I don't really have proof), but is this called for? Companies are raising prices so they can pay (higher) dividends to investors which achieves a better stock rating. And pet owners are notoriously dedicated in their spending on pets.

Absolutely the worst place for a grooming appointment. The people working there are obviously not professionals and have no idea what it means to groom a dog. Our dog came back with severe razor burns and gaps all over his fur. It makes me wonder if this was a personal attack on us as black customers who brought our dog in for a simple haircut.

Their fish section was bad. Dirty and poorly stocked. They wanted 60$ for 3 beta fish. Under staffed. Not the store I remember pre covid 😥

Jessie is a great dog trainer. Love her classes. Check out was very nice as well. The cashier Ashley I believe actually helped me carry my heavy bag of dog food to my car. Great customer service ladies!

I have taken my dog to several other Petcos in the area and this grooming salon is hands down the best. They are always so friendly and polite and do great handling my high strung Westie. Kelly usually does his grooming and is very talented - highly recommend booking with her if possible.

Great store, huge selection and neat layout of the store but the cashier lady with short hair is not very helpful. Instead she was again rude and obnoxious when I needed help and suggestions for my dogs flea treatment yesterday. I realize people can have bad days but this lady has been with the store for years (10+) and she is always the same not happy self. Time to find another pet store for us 🐶🐕 🐩🐕

Stylist Kelly V did an awesome job with our dog. The services provided were terrific and Kelly's attitude and demeanor with our dog was above and beyond. Good job Kelly and Petco

Good pet store and they have a lot of deals on stuff. But there were almost no employees on the floor to answer questions or assist other customers. There was only one person at the register.

I would give the grooming service at this place zero stars if I could. I took my 2 year old labradoodle for a grooming service and was very specific with the groomer about simply "shaping" the coat not "cutting". He pushed back and told me that he recommended a "naked cut" to which I adamantly declined and specified that I wanted to maintain the length and simply wanted to "SHAPE" the cut. I even paid extra so she could get her fur conditioned and brushed. He did the complete opposite of what I asked. He completely shaved her fur off. He even shaved her beautiful eyelashes off. The level of disregard for my request and care for my dog is APPALLING. I do not recommend at all. A five year old would have done a better job.
