If you do a price match on your phone they will treat you like you're doing something wrong. They will want to touch your phone which is not hygienic especially nowadays. And then they want to look it up on their own phone holding up the line. We've shopped here over 10 years and this is the last time we're going back. The management doesn't care. There's urine all over the floors. No one seems to be cleaning up anything. No sanitation at all. No one washing their hands.

My dog has been going to the grooming portion of petsmart for 2 years. On this last visit I said to the person checking him in that his hips were sore and due to his age not to put him in the crate for too long. 4 hours later he was still wet and had been in the crate all day! My poor dog has been very sore and uncomfortable since then. I paid $96 for him to sit in a crate! They didn't even complete the service. His paw hair wasn't trimmed and he was itchy for days. Never again!! This company does not care about elderly dogs. Their excuse was that they had a lot of walk in dogs that took priority over my dog that actually had an appointment!!

Iโm from Atlanta but I was visiting North Carolina and I scheduled an appointment here for grooming and called them to make sure they knew I was doing an express bath for my dog because we went to the beach, over the phone they said that everything was fine and that they marked the appointment as an express. The day of my appointment I was running 20 min late and called them to see if they were still going to be able to take him and they said yes as long as I wasnโt more than 30 minutes late, they said thatโs their policy. Appointment was at 3:00 pm and I was there at 3:25 pm and then the lady at the desk said that she wouldnโt be able to take him as an express because appointment wasnโt booked correctly as an express (even though the employee who took my call the day before when I called to confirm it was an express was also there) and also she said grace period for express baths are 15 minutes and not 30. She tried to reschedule my appointment and to give me a discount (which doesnโt work because we are not from here and we were leaving in like 2 days) like if that compensates the fact that they made me waste my time and had me driving 30 minutes for nothing after I called them the day before and the same day of my appointment to confirm. Honestly thatโs really bad customer service and professionalism.

This is a nice petsmart. They have plenty of things constantly in stock. The aquatic section is bigger than most and well taken care of. Cashier's are some of the nicest I've ever met. Everyone is helpful and the experience is always a joy

If you want fish.... Go here. Better than anywhere else and they know what is best to help you. They have a huge variety... Even bigger than some of the fish stores. Love.

I am VERY pleased with the amount of patience and support the caregivers were towards my cat baby Oreo and myself. I recently went on vacay and boarded my baby there. Jessica, Katie, and Niasha and everyone that I interacted with was so calm and very welcoming. They were all very patient to me and gave me every detail about Oreoโs day even throughout me being a worried cat mom and call 4 times a day and Oreo, who is kind of feisty towards new people. I just want to say Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of Oreo.

If you need your cat groomed I highly recommend Christine. She is very clear with what to expect as an end result and knows her stuff! Their cat food shelves are pretty empty so selection isn't great. I don't blame them though because there is a pet food shortage nationwide.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING A GROOMING SERVICE IN THIS LOCATION. I will give 0 star if I can. Bad grooming experience in this location. We scheduled a full bath and hair cut service online. And dropped him on time. So far, everything seems to be good. We talked with the groomer how we want to trim him. And we also paid $15 for brush and demat service. This is what we told the groomer and she agrees, โTake half of the hair off on body, leave the hair on ear as it is and a little short on his feet.โ Sounds normal and clear instructions, right? But when we went and picked him up, we couldnโt even recognize that is him. I included the photos how he looks like before and after the service. They didnโt trim him as what we discussed. THEY SHAVED ALL HIS HAIR OFF!! They didnโt even follow a single thing we agreed on. And they didnโt give us a call to talk about the change. And no words to explain why they shaved all his hair when we picked him up. Just asked us to go and pay the bills. We feel like they just want to do their job quickly and complete the service in the easiest way. And they didnโt actually care how they treat him and the quality of the service. And he was also so scared and screaming when he saw us. The groomer told me he doesnโt like to groom, so I canโt imagine how they forced him to complete the grooming. And after came back home, he stays in his crate and doesnโt want to come out. He becomes timid and vigilant. Again, dear friends who are considering to bring your furry friend here for grooming. PLEASE please your furry friend deserves better.
