Best pet store in Cary, North Carolina (NC) 2025

I get my sweet Pug Lulu groomed at Petco and they do a fantastic job! Ashley is so knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and overall pleasant to talk to! My dog loves her, and actually gets excited about grooming visits now! Plus she can actually get Lulu's nails done! Thank you for all you do Ashley. =) ~Ryan

I’m from Atlanta but I was visiting North Carolina and I scheduled an appointment here for grooming and called them to make sure they knew I was doing an express bath for my dog because we went to the beach, over the phone they said that everything was fine and that they marked the appointment as an express. The day of my appointment I was running 20 min late and called them to see if they were still going to be able to take him and they said yes as long as I wasn’t more than 30 minutes late, they said that’s their policy. Appointment was at 3:00 pm and I was there at 3:25 pm and then the lady at the desk said that she wouldn’t be able to take him as an express because appointment wasn’t booked correctly as an express (even though the employee who took my call the day before when I called to confirm it was an express was also there) and also she said grace period for express baths are 15 minutes and not 30. She tried to reschedule my appointment and to give me a discount (which doesn’t work because we are not from here and we were leaving in like 2 days) like if that compensates the fact that they made me waste my time and had me driving 30 minutes for nothing after I called them the day before and the same day of my appointment to confirm. Honestly that’s really bad customer service and professionalism. ~Edner
