Store is smaller and more crowded than other locations. What they lack in size they make up for in customer service. Salesperson Zakk 71495 has been here since I was a teenager and has always had a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. His enthusiasm and sales knowledge makes coming in a positive experience whenever he is on the floor.

As a former employee I really want to say that this company is kind and understanding with their staff. They really care a lot. As a customer, I love this store. They have expanded their selections within the last few months and I am always finding new things that I like and that fits my style. I will keep shopping here because of how amazing they are!

This hot topic is. Little over crowded with merchandise making it hard to enjoy anything. The music choices are seriously lacking and there doesn't seem to be any true aesthetic or decor in the store. However, the employees are always nice, the prices are pretty great because of regular sales, and there is definitely a wide variety to choose from. I think it could be a great store with a little revamping and dedication.
