The moment you walk in the door you are hit with a wonderful aroma of freshly cut wood. The furniture appears to be very high quality craftsmanship, though a little on the expensive side. Bought a nice cutting board here.

Is this furniture a little pricey? Yea maybe but the quality is incomparable to chain stores. Is the customer service good? Let me answer it this way, it is unbelievably great! They deliver when it is convenient to you and if there is an issue they are so easy to work with. They get things corrected as soon as you could imagine possible.

I bought a patio glider at this place about ten years ago and it’s holding up fine with no special care from us! They’re always so nice to talk to at this shop.

I ordered my furniture in March, and I was told we would get our furniture set by the end of June, well that’s come and gone. July we had to drive the 1.5 hours out because no one would give us a straight answer when calling. We asked in person and still we still didn’t get a straight answer about when it’d be done, but that they’d call Monday. They didn’t call until Friday…and our furniture I’ll not be done until “Mid-August”. I’m livid, and still sleeping on the floor as newlyweds. We will never order anything from here again. Especially since we’ve paid a lot of money for our bed frame and dresser. It would have been okay if there was communication about the delay or any updates to confirm when we’d actually get what we paid for. By the time we get what we ordered it will be a 5 month wait.

We bought an handcrafted all wooden Adirondack glider that looks beautiful on our wraparound porch. It has a fold up middle table that converts the glider to a three-seater bench. Absolutely gorgeous and worth the drive to Jamesport, MO.
