Very swift service. Customer service will get to speaking with their store attendance as soon as you step in the door. They notice you right away, and quickly start up conversation. Or at least try to catch your attention. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff did not know what they were talking about. I asked about a product that was reduced in price and they stating the weekly amount and length of weeks would be the same as the original price. When i explained that it cant be the same since it was reduced, two employees insisted that it was the same. Eventually the manager came out due to the arguing, i explained that my concern wasn't being heard. He stated that he could hear me from his office. I explained my question and he agreed that the total number of weeks would be reduced because cash price was reduced clarifying i was right. I give there customer service a zero if possible.

I take a friend there every month so he can drop off his payment. The people there are real nice & very helpful. They make everything very easy. It took longer for my friend to pick out what he wanted, than for the person helping my friend with payments. $100/month for a great T.V. Would recommend to anyone who wants things done simple. KUDDOS!

I have recently had to utilize rent a center due to some financial issues. And I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have had multiple encounters with Jennifer, she is rude and has no customer skills. Her only answer to everything is its "store policy". I will be paying off the product I purchased sooner that I would like but with store employees who dont know how to talk to or treat their customers its no wonder this store had to move into a smaller building.

Friendly staff but their merchandise is shoddy and heavily used. Put a big TV on rent for the superbowl and return it in a week for best experience. If you shop to own things here, you are going to get in trouble.

Worst ever customer service.., Pam and Lawrence are the worst.... we sign up for the warranty and 1 month after we paid off and called them cause our drying element went out of dryer and they said we you didn’t make a payment when in fact we had but when I called in or went in we always said we need to make payment on account.... someone dropped us from it and payment down...
