We received help as soon as we walked in. Our store representative Julio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all possible plans and options to have better quality. My family and I went in to pick out new, upgraded phones, and our representative was very friendly and optimistic. The manager also intervened by informing us on new chargers and accessories needed for the phone. We were in the store for a long time, but they never lost their patience with us. We were very satisfied.

A really nice place you ask questions and they give you answers clean nobody was rude and everybody had a smile so yes I would go back to T-Mobile and purchase my phones there prices are lower than some other other stores I've seen

Okay so the customer service is great i was helped by the sweetest guy his name was Ricardo made everything sound so simple and so easy he went the extra mile to make comfortable conversation made it seem like we were friends for ages but yes he helped get the best deals and I’m am more than satisfied if his boss ever sees this please I beg you give this man a raise 👍👍👍👍✨✨✨✨✨

David gets an A+ for customer service. I came in with an issue with my phone that The Apple Store & The Geek Squad could not resolve and was very frustrated and discouraged. David used all his resources (and had a very friendly demeanor) to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the phone had a glitch that could not be fixed. David walked us through the process of getting a replacement phone with the insurance. When that phone arrived and I had trouble getting it set up, he welcomed me back and ensured everything was working and resolved. David was incredibly personable and stayed past his hours to make sure I was confident with my phone and that it was all working properly. He truly went above and beyond with customer service and tech support and certainly made an unfortunate situation turn into a happy one. It seems like in today’s world, we don’t encounter as many people who greet you with a smile or compasssion and David doing those things along with resolving my phone trouble truly meant a lot. I highly recommend this employee and will definitely request him should I need anymore services through AT&T. Thank you David from the bottom of my heart - not only for your customer service and expertise, but for being a kind, compassionate, and genuine human being. AT&T is lucky to have you!

Hello! This is a recommendation for John at the Tulare AT&T. Let me preface this review with...I always cringe when I have get a new phone. I don't like the process at all! Today was the day I had to get a new phone. We spoke to a very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable sales person today and I want to tell everyone to ask for John. He was super helpful and it was the best experience with an AT&T sales person ever. Thank you John for a wonderful experience!!

Cesar was amazing!! I was having a very bad day with a grimy person who stole my info/phone and changed everything on my account. He was able to jump through some loop holes and help me out to get everything back to normal and a new phone on its way. I extremely appreciate him. God bless his soul for making my soul calm. 🤙🏼🌺
