6 Best cell phone store in Tulare, California (CA) 2024

We received help as soon as we walked in. Our store representative Julio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all possible plans and options to have better quality. My family and I went in to pick out new, upgraded phones, and our representative was very friendly and optimistic. The manager also intervened by informing us on new chargers and accessories needed for the phone. We were in the store for a long time, but they never lost their patience with us. Went there to get my Grandmothers phone transferred over to Cricket. Laura who was new at the time was so helpful and knowledgeable even though she has only been there for one week. She even let me charge my cellphone while I waited for the transfer to be complete. She was friendly, and attentive throughout the whole process. Cricket has some of the most greatest plans out there in today's market. I highly recommend this place and ask for Laura, most likely she will introduce herself once you walk in the door. :) Thanks for a great and effortless transaction. ~Jorge

This place! Gabby was great and the manager stepped in for reassurance and helped this "rotary phone" girl switch her droid to an iPhone...wow! I swore was never going to switch! But, my grandkids are in Florida....almost 3,000. So, I caved and did it for the FaceTime! To see them live everyday is a much better way to stay in the mix! They truly grow so quickly, especially when you can't hug them everyday!Those grandparents who are lucky enough to see your Grands on a regular basis you are blessed! For those like me ...."Do it for the FaceTime", but go see Gabby and the gang in Tulare. Gabby was so patient when I got the phone and even the "next morning" (yep, I said the next morning) when I called and said "I am coming down there, this is so messed up" she said "That's fine I'm here til 2:00." So, I get there she knows the problem....not a problem. She walked me through it, I asked questions and took notes! (Geez 😳) Then I said "Maybe I should just get a Jitterbug?! She said "No, 😂 you will be fine, in about 3-4 days you should have it pretty good by then!" I said "OK!"😬 so, if your a grandparent or not...still..."Do it for the FaceTime".... ~KarenRybold

Nobody is as helpful as GameStop customer service folks. The way they sell it's like they should be making tons of commission. Just saying. ~Jackie
