We received help as soon as we walked in. Our store representative Julio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all possible plans and options to have better quality. My family and I went in to pick out new, upgraded phones, and our representative was very friendly and optimistic. The manager also intervened by informing us on new chargers and accessories needed for the phone. We were in the store for a long time, but they never lost their patience with us.
