This pet smart seemed to have a good selection and was busy. We found what we were looking for without any trouble. The line was really long and they could have used more associates. Since this store also has live animals, it had a bit of an animal smell to it that wasn't super appealing, but I guess that's to be expected.

Could be cleaner at times. Could have more stock at times. But the staff and the location are both what made me give this 4 stars instead of 3. When the stores clean and stocked, its a 5 for sure. Amanda is one of the most helpful people anytime I have a question regarding things I'm purchasing for my dog. And every other associate I've ever asked for help also seem to take the responsibility of my question as a fun teaching experience rather than a mind numbing occupation.

Most disgusting PetSmart I've been to. Employees were extremely rude. One rolled her eyes for simply asking for a price. The store was dirty and there were products lying on the floors instead of the shelves. Asked to use the restroom and I was told that I would have to wait until the employee was finished stocking the shelf. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time from any retailer. How can I get in touch with corporate about my experience?

They were amazing with my cat. Even tho my cat was wild and nervous. They took there time and was very careful with her. They were very friendly and full of valuable Information and I had the option to pick what I wanted for my cat. Like every where else I have been they told me what I had to get or else leave. They were worth my time and a good value. They cared about me and my cat. I would be happy to tell everyone about here. Thank 😊 you so many.

The manager was very helpful with knowledge about temperaments of all the fish and lizards (that's all we were curious about). We spent almost a hour talking about fish, reptiles, cats etc learning a ton!! This was one of the best experiences I've had in a pet store. We will definitely be going back to this specific location.

I used to consider Banfield my primary dog care until she had a tail incident that was botched. After the surgery was screwed up by a different company, I took my dog to Banfield to check on her tail, and they bandaged her completely wrong, did not notice any signs of the tail NOT HEALING PROPERLY, then several days after my visit from Banfield, my dogs tail developed necrosis and we had to amputate several inches of it. Although they did not perform the initial surgery, they were not dependable in seeing the early signs of her tail healing improperly, which I trusted them to do since I am OBVIOUSLY not the vet here. They also never returned my call after the visit where I said that her tail was looking pretty rough. The front desk ladies were dismissive of my emotions regarding the worry I had for my dogs tail healing. And here we are, 3 inches of necrotic tissue later. Do not choose this location as your vet!!! Trust your gut always when it comes to the care of your loved ones.

There is a lot of selection and they probably have what you need. I needed a variety of treats for my picky dog who is getting older. We picked out jerky and soft chews. My dog enjoyed both. The checkout process always takes a while here. They would benefit from having a second cashier available when the line to get out takes a long time.

Such a great PetSmart! My daughter was interested in a dwarf hamster so we called and talked to the person who works with the small animals (Skylar). She was so helpful. Letting us know that they were out of stock because the newest batch was being observed for good health. She recommended us calling at the end of the week to see how they were doing. I called and they told us inventory and the safety precautions the store was following. We went last night and everyone was wearing a mask and respectful of 6 feet apart. Karissa was the person who helped us pick out a hamster. She talked to my daughter about foods, bedding, and hand feeding after the hamster got settled in. She gave us some bedding the hamster was nesting in so it smelled familiar. Such a great experience. For a big store that must see lots of customers, it was a really nice experience. And the hamster is so sweet, doesn't seem stressed, and settling in well. *We got the food bowls, bedding, and watermelon/strawberry chew toys in the photo from PetSmart - the rest was ordered online
