Britt B did an. Amazing 🤩 job on my little fur babies. My previous groomer left. So I am happy to have found Britt B! My puppy (black and white) is not the best with grooming (yet) and she did great with him!

I came to the Petco to shop for some kitten formula in hopes of a positive shopping experience however when I entered the store and looked around I thought they were closing up. There was hardly any product on the shelves. I couldn't even locate any employees until I went to The grooming department and they were standing around talking. I asked a girl to help me find some kitten formula in the liquid form and we walked over and they did not have any in stock. When I asked her what was going on in her store about products and her response was she didn't know where her staff was. The employees do not wear shirts or aprons that plainly markedthat they are employees so it's hard to find a worker. Well I was looking around three separate people ask me if I work there so that tells me that I'm not the only one trying to find help in the store. A store has to be really bad for me to leave a bad review but I can honestly say I am concerned about the longevity of the store. I have gone to their competitor and found what I needed and was greeted at the door. I told the cashier about my experience at Petco and she said they have always I had problems. I guess I will not be coming back no I can honestly say I will not be coming back to Petco and that is so unfortunate because our community needs two pet stores as big as this city is. If corporate reads please address this thank you. Thank you.

Went to get our dog(Buddy) nails trimmed Added wash because couldn’t beat the price! The lady’s were extremely helpful and very nice! Sorry I forgot your names! Even told me to download app save 10% that day and I think on the 8th wash is free!

Great prices, Great staff, and always have a wonderful selection of stuff. Never have went home empty handed! :) Also, Darryl is the absolute BEST groomer in the entire world and we are so thankful for him!!

I must say Britt is one of the most amazing groomers on this planet. She provided excellent customer service. I go to this store because Michael , Darryl and Britt are just Amazing people. However I must my dog will never be going to see the veterinarian clinic there as long as DR mason is there. I have never seen such a nonchalant , arrogant and aggressive veterinarian in my life. My dog is four months old and she’s a baby. She normally very calm and the last time she had her vaccines by another doctor it was a piece of cake, and most of all Pain free. Dr mason proceeded to inject my dog once and didn’t inject the vaccine in her and she had to reinfect again. She was aggressive, and she didn’t seem to know quite what she was doing. I highly suggest this women gets her contract fired before a law suit gets placed on Petco. Not only was she aggressive with my dog but I called to speak to her and she was extremely rude and she had no compassion for me telling her my dog was in extreme pain. And she was left waking around on three legs when I took her home. I was standing there looking threw the glas the entire time and dr mason is to aggressive with the dogs while giving them injections. I now Have to rush my baby to east point veterinarian hospital to figure out what’s going on. Granted it is normal for dogs to experience pain after but not to the point where it hurts them to stand on there leg and or lay down and go to sleep. Dr mason is simply horrible

A great place in the area for pet goods and services. I recently moved into the Fayetteville area late last year and was concerned with the options for pet supplies and pet care. Fast forward to today, and this is the second time for pet grooming services. My older dog didn't have a great time getting her paws cleaned the last grooming session. Today, the groomer performed the paw cleaning first which allowed her to enjoy the experience and my dog feels so much more comfortable around the hardwood floors around the house. A one stop shop.

Usually I shop here for my little bunny because employees are so nice and kind. They do not mind to help and search for pet’s supplies at all. Also petco has great deals to save money. Love this place!

Don’t typically leave bad reviews but there’s something going on at this store. Pallets of food are everywhere. The staff seem stressed. The one redeeming quality was the dog trainer there was phenomenal. However, I think she is leaving. So bye to having a good dog trainer there. I’ll be taking my puppy elsewhere.

Their grooming department is top notch. I have been taking my dog there for a while. Unfortunately, he is no longer able to go there but I just wanted to say thank you to Alivia for her professionalism and care for my dog. Highly recommend them.

I would love to start and say that I had an absolute amazing experience today! I went and got my dog Ava groomed at this location by Darryl. He was very welcoming, thorough and passionate. He explained to me how Ava’s session went and what ways I can improve my baby’s coat. He suggested using oatmeal on her coat because it was a bit dry so I will for sure buy that in the next upcoming days. Moreover, he was very patient with Ava because I know at times she can be a wild one so I really appreciated that. I live in Charlotte but I will start coming to this location because my dog and I feel valued and appreciated. She will be coming here every 6 weeks to see Darryl and get her lovely beautiful cut. Lastly, her haircut is perfect. I love the finishing touches with her little waves. The Petco in Charlotte does not compare at all in any aspects. Thank you so much Darryl for taking your time and being so sweet! We appreciate you!
