This PetSmart is always clean, well staffed, and fully stocked. Even through shortages, I never had a problem finding what I needed here. I recommend if you like an easy shopping experience, friendly staff, and cute animals.

BEWARE of the inexperienced groomers here!!! I had never taken my dog to the groomers his whole 6 years of life but boy did I regret it. My dog (Boston Terrier) received a basic Bath & Brush and it was the worse experience. When I arrived to pick him up from the groomers, I immediately noticed a blood spot on his chest area (size of a 50 cent piece). I asked what happened to my dog and the groomer could not explain why my dog was bleeding. Being that my dog is a short-haired dog there’s nothing to shave especially when the service was a basic Bath and Brush. In addition, my dog nails were barely trimmed and that was the main reason for the appointment. I was highly upset and will NEVER return again!

Have to give a star to post or I would leave nothing! If you have a Golden Doodle do not go there! Jordan shaved my daughters dog... She asked for only 1/2 inch to be taken off and he said "oh sorry miscommunication" he only left a 1/2 inch of hair..... The manager confirmed what my daughter said... so now her 8th month old fluffy puppy looks like a 2 year old shaved dog - they left the tail and head but shaved the rest! So disappointed and will not be going back.

Justina did an amazing job grooming Maya. This was my first time visiting a grooming salon in Petsmart, as I walked in the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved that I can select the services in the app. The check in and check out process was very smooth, loved that I could also go ahead and pay in the app instead of waiting in line at the register. I would definitely visit this location again.

Honestly, the best, yet cheapest dog grooming Ive gotten around here. He made my pup look fantastic. So, I made up the difference from what I usually pay to tip the guy! It was so good. Thank you!!

Rude staff upon arriving. Groomer was upset the breed of my dog was incorrect in their system. Then they refused to cut my dogs hair because he had a couple mats. He’s a dog… and I took him to a groomer because he needed groomed. Have taken same dog with same mats to different pet smarts before and they groomed him. These groomers at this location are incompetent and incapable of doing their job.

Logan gave my Chloe an amazing haircut. I wish I would have found her years ago. Not to mention how pleasant she is...I would recommend her, if you're seeing a groomer for your pup.😊

This was Rozies 1st visit to the dog salon in this pet smart location. Rozie is a 12 yr old blind Yorkie, and I could tell by her behavior she was comfortable with her new groomer Owen. She is very picky and anxious in new places, especially places that have other animals she can smell, but not see. We've made our next appointment!! Owen is a very good with her sensitive needs. Its a 10/10 win with us.

Cameron in the grooming department is one of the most nicest groomers at this location. He allowed my dog to come in and get a quick nail trim. He was super gentle with my dog Maui! Thank you Cameron, you’re thee best! Maui was super happy with his nail trim!

We had a great experience today at the store, stop by to buy some supplies and tricks for my birthday boy🐕, we actually got to meet such an amazing person Vicent to help us to schedule my baby training classes and to find all the supplies for my baby. Excelente customer service above an beyond to assist the customers. Thank you so much Vincent for your help🤗
