The fact that they still employ Brad is beyond me. I tried to return a defective switch and he refused to return it. I had previously called the store to confirm that I was within the 30 day window to refund, not exchange. I was. But he refused. I called customer service from the parking lot and they confirmed that Brad was wrong and that I was able to return the system. Customer service called Brad to tell him that I could return the game but he told them no. He’s condescending and rude and probably doing this to more people.

The Worst Gamestop I ever been too and from New York City. The Tall, Big Guy with the beard that works there is beyond horrible, he has the worst attitude you well ever see. Acts like his job is so hard. Avoided this store!!!

Gamestops are great they hire people that know there games and are also good to deal with I feel bad for employees that are downgraded because of the company's buyback program to me people should be lucky they buyback anything at all. You don't just go to Walmart and say here is my old tv can I put it towards credit on my next tv purchase. Gamestops to me are like the last remaining metro and blockbuster for gaming.

I’ll never shop at this specific store again(7546). I recently bought a headset for my Xbox and unfortunately, the jack piece snapped. Luckily, I bought the warranty with it. I arrived at the store to get a replacement and to even upgrade my headset to a Bluetooth to eliminate the need of a direct plug in. Old tall guy with a beard(maybe brad) behind the counter immediately turned me away stating that they can’t honor the warranty. I told him that I purchased the warranty right after asking the cashier if it covers physical damage. Fortunately, the GameStop in the galleria mall will honor this and told me to stop in and get a replacement. If it wasn’t for this store in Middletown, I would never shop at another GameStop again. Save yourself some trouble, and travel a little farther to a different GameStop.

I come to Game Stop every now and again. I like this store, its employees and the deals they have. I have been gravitating toward PC games lately, but I still jam on the console. I usually spend 15 to 20 minutes here browsing the aisles and checking out the stock. Good place to go.

I've always had a positive experience in this particular location. They aren't to pushy with sales (and despite what corporate might think of that: it is nice to be able to walk in and get what I want without being bullied into something else!) Never had an out of stock problems or any issues picking up pre-orders! Employees are helpful and kind!

For a small store it is well stocked. I always find what I'm looking for. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If there is something I need that is not in store they are happy to order it. I will always go here for my gaming needs.
