A manager (I think Erin) assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable with my purchase after talking it through with her. There's still something to be said for in-store shopping vs blindly buying online based on user reviews which may or may not be real.

Ordered online but picked up at store drove to a location about an hour away to pick this is employees were so nice and helpful had to remove it from box to fit in my suv but employees offered to take the giant box for us and for the chair my husband loves it !!!!!

I love Best Buy as a store and this one is clean and organized like most but we couldn't get help to save our lives. We went in after a festival so I guess we looked kinda rough but we stood at the TVs for 15 minutes and no one wanted to help. When someone finally did (cause we went and got them) they treated us like we were stupid. Like our questions were stupid and the whole thing was ridiculous. We ended up leaving without buying the TV we went in to buy.

It took me longer to park my car than it did to pick up my order. I’ve always been impressed with the friendly folks at this particular Best Buy.

I have been trying to reach this store for 3 days now because of the horrible job that was done when hanging my TV's. Now when I call I get a call center and they say it should be 2 hours before they call you back and it has now been 2 days!! I was told by the in store manager that my issue will be expediated but it sure does not seem like it is!! Very Disappointed!!

Had to get my Xbox controller replaced after it broke and geek squad was quick and got my replacement without any issues. I actually recommend people get their geek squad warranty after having a good experience. Purchased warranty again for this new one and hope to never use it.

I went in very interested in buying a dash cam, I was looking at and comparing them for about 20 minutes continuously looking around for someone to help me. I couldn't find anyone. I saw a couple employees talking amongst themselves and they were too busy to notice me. Idk when or if I'll b at best buy again. I did get prices so I could compare them to amazon.

This place is truly awful! I went to go get my son’s phone fixed. I went to go get his phone reset because it was disabled to iTunes. The phone screen and the phone was in perfect condition. They took it in the back to reset the iPhone.He comes out and there’s a line in the screen and he tells us we have to buy a $50 replacement battery. The reset of the iPhone was supposed to be free! Would not recommend coming here

I had ordered a treadmill from bestbuy.com the treadmill was picked up for “professional” delivery and installation at the cranberry location, upon pick up the delivery guys had stated that comments were made about how messed up the box was between both them and the store associates, but the box was still sent out to be delivered to me. Upon installation I was told that the treadmill doesn’t work and I would need to call for a replacement. When I called shortly after I was told that my order still showed as “on the truck” and I would have to call back the next day.. After waiting and calling back this morning I was told that the treadmill I had just ordered was out of stock so my only option is to order a more expensive one for a replacement as I need certain weight limits etc, I was told they could comp $100 still making me have to pay an extra $300. Currently on the phone with bestbuy customer service/sales this is my 4th time calling as I keep getting hung up on or transferred after they ask me to wait on hold. They won’t allow me to speak with a manager. I’ve had to verify who I was to each and every rep and start over with them “looking into it” multiple times(I believe the count is at 4-5 at this point). i don’t even have a pick up scheduled for the damaged item nor can I just load up a 300lb+ item and return it myself.. Being someone that pays for a yearly total tech membership and is a current bestbuy citi card holder I would say that this treatment is unacceptable.
