I bought a new wood burning stove from here. If you look on their website it's hard to tell that they sell wood stoves. Definitely not something they highlight. I only found out from the manufacturer. Maybe that was to my beneft as the one I wanted is in high demand. Vermont castings dauntless. They have a forklift to place it on a trailer if the gate comes off or truck. Getting it in the house with two people wasn't too hard. Only a few steps though. Bill was very helpful when I called to provide me the confidence that this was a good stove. I did alot of research for stoves that would work in my space. I was really sold on a Jotul for awhile, then I backed out my costs to a Drolet. After awhile though, I went back in the direction of a more expensive forged stove, and read some good stuff about Vermont Castings. This store carried the VC Dauntless, which was what I wanted as I plan to put a screen in front so that kids/dog dont get burned, and this unit has a top loading option as well. Bill also informed me that I would receive a big tax credit which is great, as it brings the stove closer to the cheaper ones I was looking at. He also applied a $100 coupon that they had at the time. Pickup was a breeze. Bill popped that 400pound stove right on my trailer in two seconds. Hopefully it works well for me, for many years to come.

Tech from this company came to our new home said my 4 month old gas’s stove which melted the components under the glass was covered under warranty, store called next day and wanted 700 plus dollars to fix it and it’s not covered under warranty. Don’t use this company as they don’t fulfill the warranty of the fireplace’s they install.

Went in to buy a replacement burner/control module for a propane fireplace. Guy flat out lied and tried to tell me that the entire insert/chimney/facing would need replaced and would be close to $15k dollars. I'll never go in again.

Great showroom, nice selection, Bill was super friendly and worked with us on price and delivery. We bought a cast aluminum 7-piece outdoor dining set. Highly recommended.

Walked into the store wanting to look at wicker patio furniture. The salesman was standing behind the counter, never even acknowledging my presence, not even “can I help you”. After walking around the store and still no acknowledging me I left. I will never be back to this store. Sorry, but you lost a customer who wanted to buy LOTS of furniture!!!!!!!

Went into the store, there was a guy who never asked if he could help me with anything just stood behind the desk. I am in the market for patio furniture. I briefly looked around and saw somethings I liked but I’ll go someplace else with better customer service.

I've called, left messages for service 3 separate times. Not a call back. Called on a Saturday, talked to the retail folks who sent me to the service department, called again on Tuesday and again later in the week both during working hours. Just got the machine and no return message. Had 3 fireplaces of theirs installed. Although I loved their design I'd never buy again because not only can I not get service, I can't even get a phone call returned.

We bought a fireplace here last year. During the outage storms, the remote no longer works and the store told me they can't send anyone out to service until after Christmas (It's November 21st) rendering our fireplace useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
