I love this place, they have the best service and truly know how to give you a great experience. They have the best quality outdoor furniture, you can tell many details of the furniture were carefully considered by their vendors. Of course like many places, due to Covid there are some delays with certain items but H&H has made the process so easy and seamless for us. They even proactively sent us a couple of loaner items while we wait for our last couple of items to arrive. The delivery guys were also very careful with not only our furniture, but with there other items they had to shift to place the furniture. We will definitely be sticking with Hearth and Home Furnishings for all of our outdoor furniture.

Excellent company, great experience from beginning to end. Installers were totally professional: courteous, pleasant, efficient, left a tidy workspace every day and cleaned up thoroughly at completion, and built a beautiful fireplace that perfectly fits the room. Highly recommend!

From Nancy who always answers the phone when I call to their incredible installer/maintenance pro Ron, they are committed to helping their customers. From an installation standpoint, they left the area where the work was done CLEANER than they found it. I can not recommend them enough.

Knowledgeable staff, nice selection. Plan ahead if you looking to have a fireplace installation done....they book about 6-8 weeks out. Their installers were great and clean/quiet and professional. I'm very happy with our finished product, but it was an investment as it wasn't cheap.

Best Store Ever!! We love Hearth & Home. The merchandise is top of the line and the staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We've purchased several items (furniture, fireplace accessories and 2 Big Green Eggs) over the last 9 years and have been so happy with everything. We messed up an order once, our own fault, and it was resolved quickly and easily. Love going into this store!!!
