Brady was awesome and made our experience quick, easy and enjoyable. My husband and I both got a new GMC Acadias there within a week of each other. We have been to multiple dealerships and this was, by far, our best experience! We absolutely will return for our next vehicles!

Wonderful service and I appreciate the kindness. Dealership took care of us in an emergency situation and then offered to stay open later so we could pick it up at our convenience. Excellent communication and I appreciate that today with proper customer service.

They returned my calls quickly and were quick to do financing. They didn't have me waiting forever like some other dealerships. Thank you Brady and Mike.

Did a terrific job being patient while we decided on the model of car. Very helpful answering our questions and explaining the features of our new Acadia. I would definitely go back to North Star.

Service tech was very informative on synthetic oil changes. Never owned a car that required this type of oil. Answered all my questions very helpful. Told me car checked out passed inspection. Appreciate service received. Very satisfied.

I already did. Your service was good and reliable. I also appreciated that you helped me cash in my rewards points toward the payment of this oil change and new windshield wipers change.

After having a terrible experience at the north star Chevy building this experience was wonderful from start to finish. I was welcomed, I was informed of everything going on with my car. It was told from the previous dealership that it would take 4 hours to even diagnose the problem with my air bag and this dealership only took 30 maybe 45. I will definitely be coming back for future needs

First off, after our last inspection, we drove off with a tire pressure monitoring system failure that we hadn’t had before. It hasn’t worked since. When driving off this time the heater fan noise increased substantially. (We had mentioned that the fan was making noise but didn’t want it worked on. Two days later it stopped. Coincidence)? On the way home we noticed an engine light warning. We stopped at Advance Auto Parts to find engine variable valve timing solenoid exhaust bad. I called your service guy who said they checked for error codes when we came in for inspection and we already had those codes. He said they checked for codes so that they couldn’t be accused of messing with vehicles. However, we were not told about having those error codes! That somehow doesn’t jive, does it? After getting home an air bag warning light came on that we never had before. Go figure! We paid big money for extended warranty for the auto we purchased from North Star Buick. Shortly before it ran out we called to find out when it actually expired. We were told we were good for another year. Was that information made in error or was it a lie? Regardless, we weren’t able to have repairs made which we had paid for. Has it been worth traveling 40 miles for a free inspection? The resounding answer is NO! To be sure, we will never do business with North Star Buick again. That, you can count on. Will we recommend North Star Buick to others? What is your best guess? That is a rhetorical question. We don’t ever want to hear from you again. Be sure to take our email, address, and phone number off of your notification list.
