Had an excellent experience! The pricing was fair and the process was quick and easy. Joseph was extremely helpful and friendly while also being quick to respond to questions, while Justin was friendly and able to make the paperwork fast and easy to understand. I can't recommend this place enough.

Awful place ever we had since we bought brand new 2022 Chevy bolt ev and we told them about mat and I got shipping arrived and found out was wrong item end up we owe them !? Plus we pay shipping back then other we waiting for new registration over 2 months and we got mail from Jennings’s Chevrolet dealer place got new registration and found out with new plate ?? Supposed transfer plate from car to new 2022 Chevy bolt ev I look at new reg date since July 24 what doing they had our registration/plate we got in mail on August 4 plus other issue they mess up twice with our insurance and other fail something registration we don’t know what they did. My experience all history what we bought from other dealer with no problem everything smooth itself car/truck used till first time we bought brand new car from Jennings’s place screw up but now everything we ok finally I can use car on road

Meagan at the service desk is amazing! She helped me use my points and was patient with the app to get me able to use those vs. paying cash. She also had A LOT to deal with when I dropped off my car in the AM and she was the sweetest!

It was easy. I found the vehicle that I wanted online and sent an email to Jennings'. I got a phone call back and went in to buy the car that same day! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that Jennings' did not take my GM employee discount--they said that they were not accepting the employee discount at the moment. I assume it is due to the shortages and COVID, etc.

Horrible customer service! Called about a car on their website. Have cash in hand ready to purchase a car and was told no you can't buy it the owner is driving it around. Was told he has been driving it for months. Guess they aren't in the business to sell cars. Why have it on your website for sale when you can't purchase it?

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Pricing was simple, transparent, and fair. The salesman Steve, and finance manager Ross we’re absolutely top notch. The online sales manager, Lori, was also extremely helpful. Steve was very accommodating, thorough and didn’t pressure us once. Ross explained the finance process exceptionally well, was incredibly friendly, and got us a rate that was 2+% better than the other Chevrolet dealer (with the same finance company). We will definitely be buying our future vehicles here. Incredibly happy with the new truck and the experience!

Ordered a traction battery for recall replacement for Bolt EV without my urging to do so. When battery was delivered to dealer, we were contacted for an appointment. We came half a day early and they started work that afternoon. We picked up the car in two days with all required recall work performed. They even washed the car. Excellent communication!
