5 STAR EXPERIENCE! The staff here were excellent, answered all of my questions, and had the work completed much faster than I had anticipated. I even had to reschedule my original appointment due to an emergency and that was a breeze to do online. So the full online and in-person experience was smooth and easy!

I was very pleased that they managed to fix the bad crack in my windshield. They worked with my car insurance so I was in and out in under an hour without paying anything (other than the wiper blades, which I usually do myself, but I was feeling lazy). Nice work.

It blows my mind how much more expensive they are compared to the smaller shops. 148 dollars more to be exact. Youd think with a company like that itd be cheaper. For now on ill stick to the smaller business when it comes to window repairs

Easy to schedule appointments online. For my windshield replacement, they also had to recalibrate the lane assist. I could either drop off or sit and wait. I chose to take my car and wait. You can walk to a shopping center to pass the time. They communicated well. No issues.

Jaime from Safelite came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my 2006 Honda CR-V yesterday. He was so great and a pleasure to chat with while I watched him masterfully replace my windshield, a skill he's apparently perfected. What a great asset to the company! I'm glad I chose the mobile option instead of turning it over to someone and sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours. I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately they canceled my appointment last minute and pushed me back 4 days. The company makes it easy to get the appointment setup but lack of of trying to complete the appointment is disappointing. Called a local shop and had it done the same day safelite was to complete. Better others should consider the local shops also.
