If I could make this rating 50 stars I would! This is the most honest, trustworthy, reliable repair shop I have ever dealt with! My vehicle was stranded near MotivWerks but about 1.5 hours from my home. They responded immediately and even sent a road technician to our location. After getting it back to the shop, an additional problem they found required ordering parts, so they gave us a loaner vehicle at no charge to travel home in an hour and a half away. Unfortunately after picking the vehicle up the next day we were stranded again, but after hours this time. The vehicle was towed back to MotivWerks. The next afternoon Adam called and said the 2nd breakdown was due to a fitting not being tightened properly by their shop, but it was now repaired and had been test driven about 70 miles. He asked, “Where do you want it delivered?” MotivWerks delivered our repaired vehicle over 1.5 hours away at no charge! Through the whole process, all the employees were so courteous, polite and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repair work! Service: Transmission

We received excellent service from the staff at MotivWerks. Our 1991 Honda Civic Wagon died and would not start. They were able to provide service right away. The staff diagnosed the problem, obtained the needed parts and provided us with a free loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. They patiently explained the problems we had and walked us through the repair process. Our car was returned in great running condition, after which they texted us to make sure our car was running properly. All staff were courteous, competent and professional throughout the experience. We also received their great warranty. We plan to stick with MotivWerks and highly recommend them. I am a repeat customer, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation the first time I made an appointment. They found a major issue with my breaks and fixed it in the spot. The second time I went my vehicle was making a weird sound the tech came out with me to hear what has happening and found and fixed the issue with in 5 minutes. I also like when ever they find something they bring me out and show me what they found and gave me all my options to make the repairs. Did not push anything on me and let me make the decisions to make the repairs. This is what keeps me coming back I know I’m not going to pay for un needed services and the guys explain everything in detail. They completed all my services while I waited and get me in for appointments very fast Services: Oil change, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Wheel alignment

I first went there to get an estimate for a new exhaust system. I found what I wanted online and went there to find out how much it would cost to install it for me. I was looking at an exhaust system that cost $916. So I was looking at a total price for the exhaust system and intallation which was probably in the neighborhood of maybe $1200+. The only reason I wanted this system was to make my exhaust a little louder than the stock mufflers. Since I don't know alot about these things, I went to them for help. Well guess what, they explained that all I needed was to buy the magnaflow muffler and I would get the same results AND it was only going to cost $211.00!!!! Then the following week, I purchased some new taillights fonline for my truck. They looked easy enough for me to install, so I started taking my original taillights out. Well, I ran into a problem with one of the plugs. I fooled with it for over an hour and realized I was never going to get it apart without help. I called Motivwerks close to their closing time. They told me to come in first thing in the morning and they would take care of my problem........and they did just that. How embarrassing it was to drive to their shop with only one taillight Being a woman, I have been taken advantage of when it comes to repairs on vehicles in the past, but not from MotivWerks! We needed an oil change for one of our vehicles, and an initial call to another ( closer) garage got us a nontrivially higher price quoted, and when I asked him how busy he was I was told that he was VERY backed up. By contrast, when I called these folks not only was I quoted a very reasonable price, I was also told that I could get it in right away. As in today. So off we went. In addition to the oil change some other stuff was looked over at our request and we were advised. Service was prompt and friendly, and I have no hesitation about going back here again or recommending them to others.

They advise you of potential problems and let you know if/when your vehicle needs to be serviced. The office staff is top notch, friendly, courteous and take care of the customers needs. Their prices were lower than I found elsewhere. The office is well appointed, clean and beverages are provided. MotivWerks will have my business for life.
