Easy to schedule appointments online. For my windshield replacement, they also had to recalibrate the lane assist. I could either drop off or sit and wait. I chose to take my car and wait. You can walk to a shopping center to pass the time. They communicated well. No issues. ~John

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Pricing was simple, transparent, and fair. The salesman Steve, and finance manager Ross we’re absolutely top notch. The online sales manager, Lori, was also extremely helpful. Steve was very accommodating, thorough and didn’t pressure us once. Ross explained the finance process exceptionally well, was incredibly friendly, and got us a rate that was 2+% better than the other Chevrolet dealer (with the same finance company). Stopped to get lawnmower battery and also ask some questions about my marine boat batteries.The guys were helpful and took the time to explain items. The price was reasonable and service was excellent. Took the time to test acid level after load test passed. Ended up needing both boat batteries replaced after acid test. Definitely recommend stopping in if you need a battery or accessories. ~Jason

BEST TIRE CENTER IN TOWN !!! Honestly, I was looking for a good and affordable place in Chambersburg to get a new set of tires installed that I bought online for our SUV. Thankfully, I found SND Tire. I called early that day and he was able to work on my vehicle the same morning. I was treated awesome by Doug and the service was amazing A++. I was distraught that my aluminum hood was dented by a round oaktree projectile nut, Chris removed the dent quickly, and there is no trace of the evil nut, its gone! I prefer buying parts from NAPA than some of ther competitors (PepBoys and Auto Zone). I feel the quality of their parts are better. Their prices are competitive and they offer an extensive range of parts. At this location, I was able to bring a lawn mower battery in and have it tested. It took about 30 seconds. Thankfully, I was able to determine that the battery was still good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. No hesitation to help me. The store was neat and well organized. It is conveniently located off Highway 81 and nearby other stores on Route 30. I will be back. ~Jaime

I hit a deer the other day and needed a new headlight assembly. They found the part and installed it for less than other places in town. Friendly and very professional. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs. I asked why it was so cheap and the guy said "if I over charge you you won't come back. That means I lose money in the future." ~Josh

I highly recommend this garage. My 03' Elantra had a bad oil leak and after a HORRIBLE experience at another local garage and being told I needed a new engine I took my car to Jayce Automotive for a second opinion. The staff was very friendly, honest and kept excellent communication with me throughout the repair process. Jason went above & beyond to repair my vehicle and he did so without having to replace the engine. This garage saved me from paying a $2,000 bill that I would have otherwise paid for unnecessary repairs.
