Made an appointment, was taken on time, place is very clean, well staffed, plenty of toilet paper, and was made to feel comfortable and valued as a customer. This was my third visit, will be back again.

Thanks Kevin.!! First time to this nail salon. Everyone in there is friendly.!!! I have never done this shape or matte color and I'm IN LOVE.!!! Had a nice pedi while I was there and let me tell you, the lemon stuff they used I smelled on me the rest of the day. It was nice.!!!! Went with my mom and she got her nails and toes done too.!

Love my experience every time at Katie’s nails! They all do a wonderful job. Today I was so happy I had an appointment as they had to turn away many walk in clients. That’s how busy they are!!! Worst experience I have ever had. They do not listen when you tell them what you want. They over booked. Then rushed through withheld polish not once did light finish to process. You could see through “3 layers” Before I got in the car polish was chipped and coming off. Others have told me to stop going here but I tried to form my own opinion. Now I know. I got a Mani-Pedi at Katie's and I was at table #2, I was so happy with the result! I've been growing my nails out for two months now so they were fairly long, and my nail artist made sure to make sure the length he was cutting off was okay. I didn’t have a good experience. The people there and the place is nice but the person that take care of me was not good. He hurt me, he even tear up my skin and made me bleed. (as you can see in the picture) He did not make a good job in my nails, he left a little spot with glitter I didn’t want in my nail. I was really disappointed. I know it’s a nice place and I know a lot of friends that ended up happy because they liked their nails but I really had a bad experience.
