After 15+ yrs of riding we finally bought D.O.T approved helmets even got a tote bag for $20. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. I love this store! ~Naomi

Used to be a good place to pop in when in town but last visit had nothing but high prices on everything we laid our eyes on. Good luck to this company but for me it has lost its appeal. ~Paul

Great Eddie Bauer store with terrific staff. We arrived just after a hike and the sales team brought water for our two dogs. There's a nice selection of new and returned merchandise so you'll find items that aren't available online-- like a First Ascent shell that I thought was discontinued. ~John

Not a lot of jeans other than wide leg and skinny. There seemed to be limited stock in diversity and sizing unfortunately. The store was tidy and clean but disappointing compared to previous years. ~Charlotte

The manager is wicked nice and always friendly. I've shopped here twice and she was always helpful and very friendly as is her staff. The store is smaller than other JCrew Outlets like in Kittery or Wrentham but they make use of the space and the staff are quick to say they can order sizes online and have it shipped for free to your home. Great sales! And they are dog friendly! ~James

Came in last night to grab a few things there was a very lovely young lady with the most beautiful braids. She has the patience of a Saint! I wish I could sad the same for the balding coworker... seemed to have left her upfront to fend for herself! Poor thing....anyway she was amazing and friendly 😊💜 ~Cat
