The manager is wicked nice and always friendly. I've shopped here twice and she was always helpful and very friendly as is her staff. The store is smaller than other JCrew Outlets like in Kittery or Wrentham but they make use of the space and the staff are quick to say they can order sizes online and have it shipped for free to your home. Great sales! And they are dog friendly!

The floor manager was extremely rude and looked very messy. Not someone I would want to have leading my store. Was not attentive in getting a fitting room when spent over 100$.

The service was horrible. We were here August 25, 2021 at 4:45 PM. My friend and I were the only two in the store and after picking up several pants and shirts, we asked to try them on. The two employees told us the fitting rooms were closed because they were understaffed and couldn’t handle keeping an eye on us (the only two customers in the store), insinuating we would steal clothing which was extremely offensive to us. They told us to come back tomorrow, when unfortunately we would be traveling back to Manhattan. After pointing out we were the only two in the store, the two employees said the fitting rooms were too wet for anyone to go in - so it seemed they were finding more reasons for us to leave the store. Very disappointed - I always go back-to-school shopping here each year and now will never go back. I have been a loyal customer and will now cancel the card I have with J-Crew.

Always a great experience here at J Crew in Settler's Green! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful every time. I have found several articles of clothing I absolutely HAD to have, and the crew there make excellent outfit recommendations. Great deals as well. Every experience is great, and there will be many more!

We were the only people in the store, could not get anyone to come to the changing room to try on some sweaters. On of the girls was on her IPad the other was busy folding, ignoring the customers. Another customer came in after us and had the same problem. We both left, will try a J Crew in my hometown, which has better service.
