Ordered online clothes for daughter. Some stuff fit some didn't, one item she didn't like style. Exchange in store was easy, no hassle. She loved the new styles and comfort of clothes. I ordered more and it arrived in a day!!! So very impressed. Have ordered Soccer stuff online for grandkids , some stuff wasn't what they needed, no hassle exchange for items required. Very kind helpful staff. Would recommend

I wanted to buy and item, Stationary Bike.. The person who helped me stated there was none on ordering none expected. He said it is against company policy. to sell the floor model. We left and went to Concord. The manager was Great! He sold the floor model AND helped us load it! Keene should really get on the same page.

Rookie fisherman here...Pete in the Lodge took me under his wing like a father-figure and showed me the ropes on how to set up my rig properly, after he spooled a new line on. Not only did he help me, but he helped this franchise location because I bought the things he recommended and we assembled everything in store. He did this as he happened to help other people coming by in and out too.

Clean store, stocked well, and friendly staff. We needed canopies for the 4th of July weekend and most people are out of stock. They were fully stocked! We even had our choice of colors.

Not sure what had happened but this location has gone down hill. There was very limited stock of exercise equipment besides treadmills. No steel dumbbells, no weightlifting bars only a handful of plates for standard bars. Floors were dirty. Limited bikes for sale on the racks. Plenty of clothes and shoes but the outdoor hunting and fishing area was very messy. A stark contrast to years prior

Sometimes there's great service and employees working and sometimes the employees aren't around. Today I had to find an employee working in shoes who has always helped and has always been very nice, to come check a price for something for me in the fishing section. (Teresa) The employee that rang me out was very short with words and didn't seem to be nearly as friendly. Most of the time it's pretty good to go.

The staff were friendly. I bought my friend a nice pellet gun for his birthday and the staff were nice and gave me advice on which ones were better. And they didn't just try to sell me the most expensive one. They were honest and told me which ones were better even if they were a bit cheaper than others.
