Tried the taco bell side, very standard taco bell meal. Food was hot she delicious as usual. Only concern was they did not unlock the doors until about 7 minutes after 10am (they're designated opening time). Otherwise, very standard taco bell and kfc combo fast food restaurant. Update: Came back a second time while passing through and the food was great. Hot and delicious! Lines piled in just moments after arriving.

The KFC in Keene has really gone down hill. My chicken bowl was dry, the corn was hard. Chicken was okay. I know it’s hard for restaurants with limited staff but you charge the same amount for your food and service so you’re food should still be good. Thanks

They do have good food taco bell side. KFC side sucks. Chicken is old and too salty. From what I gathered they struggle to keep stock, all but the nasty chicken. Not sure what's going on but KFC needs to get it together! Not a fan anymore.

This is the second time I've come and got tenders this week cuz i thought id give it another try they were dry and cold hard as rocks, dry cold hard fries, seltzer water for a drink, they completely got the order wrong and missed the dipping sauces and untensils. They couldn't give me the correct change back because they "didn't have change" and I had to get a giant cup because there were "no other cups". I sat in rhe drive thru for 25 minutes to get garbage food that I was overcharged for that was dumped in the bag. $26 for a tender meal and a mac and cheese. Never again. Ever

We walked in and there was no one in line. There was one woman waiting for an order she had already placed. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting for two 2 piece chicken dinners. Others had come in and ordered and were getting their orders filled but not us. My wife asked about our order and the staff just looked at each other. We asked for our money back and they said it hadn't been that long. The receipt showed the order was placed at 6:08 and it was now 6:28. We told them to give us our money back. They are clue less and poorly managed. I should have known the placed sucked when I ordered because the only other woman in there was complaining that her order was wrong. This is one KFC I'll never go to again.

Worst KFC of all time. Employees just don't care. Left standing at the counter for 15 mins without my order taken, all the while I can here them saying they see me to each other.... "We will be with you in a sec"... Meanwhile the drive thru is not ignored. Employees seem to be taking their breaks the during dinner rush. Whomever is managing tonight 7/18/2022 should be fired. As I sit here waiting for my food they are doing the same thing to other customers. 37 minutes for takeout is vrazy. Got home parts of order missing. Keene has many fine restaurants, this is definitely the worst. Perhaps pay/hire a responsible adult to manage your restaurant??

We waited 30 minutes behind 4 cars in the drive thru. We ordered 4 burritos. 2 were not the right kind. Mushy burritos. No napkins. We asked what had happened and we were told they are training 5 new people but the last time we tried there was also a horrendous wait.

Went through the drive thru the other day. They were trying to short me in change and did not even give me proper change when I said this isn't enough change they handed me a handful of coins and said they didn't have any 1s..yet still didn't even give me enough change and of course made the excuse of not having change. Doesn't help that I sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with not a single person acknowledging me or asking me to hold on..just complete silence... very rude if you ask me. Not a place I enjoy going. They need to train people better or management needs to step in and help when it's needed. I do not enjoy going there the person I work with wanted lunch there that is the only reason I went there.

They gave us chicken tenders on a sandwich instead of an actual chicken breast. They also gave us a normal bun instead of the brioche bun that’s supposed to come with the Jack Harlow meal. Fries are half filled l, would not recommend going here again food was edible but not what we ordered at all.

My honey went in .... Not me... Soooo- this is a mixed review lol All they had was x-tra crispy (I like xtra crispy) Asked for a bucket of white / got mixed- (nice big piece of white at the bottom that looked great, and I am not sure a "bucket of white" is even a thing..- just dark or variety?) Everyone was waiting a long time (I was out in the truck - didn't think it was more than 15-20 min.?) For our order of 12 biscuits, A bucket of chicken, KFC bowl, & a steak burrito. BUT there Was a girl waiting for 2 tacos for the same amount of time as our order? That seems like a little "inner employee task management" skills ...? Maybe that's what the fighting was about? @""you get the tacos no you get the tacos, no I don't wanna make the tacos"" I really don't know I wasn't there... Just being facetious. All in all I enjoyed my food! It all was yummy! Think they forgot my extra gravy on the side? (BUT not sure if muh honey even ordered it for me... He forgot the receipt) "My only highlight of the whole meal was the Steak Burrito" (that's all he ate) I'm glad he enjoyed at least that!!@ I hope all was read - (these mixed reviews could go either way if you don't) I think maybe the arguing (over tacos? Not sure- I made that one part up) gave my honey impression that all was lost from the beginning.
