Went in for a basketball hoop and manager said they had it in stock. When we went to load it turns out size we purchased wasn't in stock. Took half off the next closest hoop and didn't have too. Really great experience.

I will not buy anything from this place ever again. I tried to buy a bicycle and I was told I can not buy it. Because it needed to be inspected. They said they would call me the next day . Two days later still no call. I hate to say it but this is way people buy thing on line. Apparently they don’t need my business. P.s was just trying to buy my son a birthday gift.

We bought three Spring Season Coats today all at what I consider to be value-priced. Last year we purchased two bikes that were on sale. The salesperson spent a long time with us and pulled many colors and styles of bikes from the back room to satisfy our needs. The bikes were assembled before the day they were promised. On pick-up day, one of the handlebars was mis-aligned. They immediately fixed this without any issues as well as installed a kickstand on the other bike. With the rewards points we were able to purchase some additional accessories at no-cost. Service was great.

Really disappointed go there to get my son's the Nikes he wants for his bday and the size he needs is on hold for an employee who has not committed to buy. They can't even order them and they are none of their other stores. Great to know am undecided employee purchase comes first!

I have been in B to B sales for 30 yrs, my wife was in retail management and we often have conversations about shopping experiences - not that we feel that we are critical, we simply appreciate a positive customer experience. We were at the Portsmouth store twice in the last weekend and we left believing that not only were they the best trained sales team, they seemed to truly enjoy their work. Friendly, inviting, engaging and well informed. We could call out name tags that we remember though we do not want to exclude anyone! We left feeling like we were shopping at a small locally owned business - that had everything!
