I really liked my nails the moment they were done and I know the gentleman who did my nails worked hard to make my ombre look nice but unfortunately they weren't thick enough and started cracking/chipping within 2 days. 7 days in... Every nail has cracked dip or torn my natural nail.

I actually had a great experience here. The staff is super friendly, they all know what they are doing and can give good advice about your nails. Super fast but do good work. Got my full set done for my wedding and they turned out great. Plus, a very clean place is the most important to me.

So annoyed. I showed up for my appointment at 10:30am for a full set and pedicure. The guy who was doing my nails, had did my last set. I showed him a picture of the last set and told him I wanted the same color and shape. He put on tips and I noticed they were not coffin shaped, so I asked him if he was going shape them. He told me it was too late… then started putting powder on, I had already mentioned I wanted it to be as natural looking as last time, I wanted what he used last time. He does them all, and I asked MEN another employee who is always so kind, and informative. If this was the color I got last time (which it was not) & showed him the color. The guy doing my nails literally starts clipping them off. Which I never said to do!!? I was asking a question… it took 30 min to take them off, once they were off . He told me to have a nice day… two employees told me this is nothing new for him, that this is his attitude with customers and he’s the worst at communicating which I agree!! I was on a time schedule , I wasn’t even able to get my pedicure. I left a little after 12. My nails look scary and I have an event tomorrow .

Billy was amazing! He did an amazing job on my nails and did them exactly the way I wanted them done. I got a fill and he was able to match my nude pink. They were shaped perfectly. Guys I think I just found my new nail tech. Service: Acrylic nails

My mom and I went here 4 days ago before my wedding. The full set has held up well and looked gorgeous for our photos! Tammy did a great job on my pedicure and was so nice. Lena did my mother’s nails with the beautiful design which she loved!

The only hicup I can communicate to you is that when calling the receptionist to verify price I was asked an additional $7 for "pink & white" toes. However, when I communicated this to both associates they didn't argue whatsoever or make me feel like I needed to leave which many salons exercise just that. Moreover, I will be back! I saw Leo for nails & Tammy for my feet. Tammy was incredible! Leo, too. Thank you Bliss for making me excited to get my nails done again! I will be back!

Lets I called for two pedicures one male, hour later I called and added another pedicure. 20 minutes later I removed one pedicure and added a fill and a pedicure and they were so very nice about everything with our schedules! I am off on Mondays and it’s very hard to find a nail person not only did I get my nails and my feet did but I’m diabetic and they were very careful with me to make sure that they didn’t break skin for causing burning some of the foot sensitivity. I love the way my nails turned out I love the way my feet turning out and the overall atmosphere and the employees and their dedication to the way they wanna present their art. I am now going every two weeks! Services: Pedicures, Acrylic nails, Nail art, Dip powder
