I like the store the people and they were very nice. The customer service was great and the ladies were really super sweet. They helped me out with my phone and we're very nice. The manager was also a very nice guy. They helped me out with all the problems I had issues with.

Tony is great! We are new to the area and live in a motorhome and needed internet and I went into the T-Mobile kiosk inside of HEB and they were immediately able to help and my husband got his account set up and we now have internet. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful and pleasant!

Totally clueless customer service had new Sim card installed because was with sprint would not let me make calls from my phone from home. Girl said nothing can do get a booster. Called up sprint rep walked me threw on steps to make sure Sim was fully activated. It wasn't. Customer service didn't even attempt to call in to company to aquire any type of checks that could be done to verify issues . If this is how t mobile trains there personal I'll be looking for new provider service. Definitely t mobile don't care about customers satisfaction sad stay away from this store. Clueless people.

Been here a few times. Knowledgeable staff? No. Customer service? Mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor & drive into San Antonio and go to any other TMobile store instead.

Store lied about inventory. I drove from another County after calling and speaking with an employee who personally checked the inventory to say they had it in stock. After driving from another County, I was told by a different employee that the product wasn't in stock(did not even look). If this dishonest employee was thinking he may sell a more expensive phone (that was in stock), he is sadly mistaken. Its just a shame this employee will back-stab one another to gain a sale.

Called 611 for customer care to do warranty exchange. No damage on my part to phone but had issues with my phone from the beginning. Came to store to pick up my new phone and they refused to do it. Said because phone wouldn't turn on. I told them I know that's why we are doing the exchange. I disclosed all issues with my phone and they still refused. Called customer care and they spoke with store and they still refused. Smh been a customer for 10yrs with tmobile. This store is awful.
