Male drive-thru attendant was rude. Unprofessional short referred to me as I'm sorry boss. Was out of orange juice card machine wasn't working lousy experience.

Employees have no manners , no greeting, no customer service. I waited in the lobby by the register for 30 mins for someone to come n take my order. Let's just say I walled out with no order donw the high way to Devine. U got the people in the gill just staring at u when ur saying hello!!!!! U also have managers who act like they don't care always huffing n puffing n ignoring you when ur asking for someone to take ur order. Not to mention I heard one manager getting loud with an employee in front of other employees and customers. THE OWNER OR DISTRIC MANEGER NEEDS TO COME IN AND INSPECT ALL EMPLOYEES N MANAGERS !!!!

This place is always condescendancy had bad service and I heard they just got a new manager and evidently he doesn't know how to run a place either . And I have lived in Lytle since I was born and we've been running a restaurant and the service nowadays is just pathetic

My wife picked up food today (2/24/2022) from this restaurant located 4 miles from us & this is the sorry excuse of a cheese burger we received in our order. There is no reason for this to be happening when they use an automated system with timers & buzzers to insure their food is always made the same so that it always taste the same. This is unacceptable.. my wife & I are in disbelief & disappointed with this restaurants failure to provide a service which has been paid for & trusted to provide that service without health hazards. The staff at this restaurant does not comprehend the harm they may bring consumers whether kids or adults.

I would give 5 stars but I don't condone eating fast food too much. The app deals are outstanding, probably some of the best of fast food chains. The fries are usually great! Burgers are so so. Nuggets are excellent. I like the value chicken sandwich. It's pretty good considering such a low price.

Food was good, but service was lacking. I ordered two 6 piece. Hi me. Nuggets with a large half sweet, half unsweet tea with lemon. They didn’t have lemon but charged me extra for it still and forgot to give me my tea. I had to go inside and wait 5 minutes before anyone came up to help and then was given an unsweet tea.

Food was good but customer service sucked we ordered a basket of fries and then when we got our food I asked where the basket of fries was and the guy at the window said that they didn't have none so it is what it is I don't mind them not having none but they shouldn't of charged us for them extremely rude night shift 2/26/22.....

The inside of the restaurant is super super clean! Not too busy today during lunch. We were the only ones sitting in. I suppose it's mainly drive thru that is busy. By far the cleanest McDonalds I've been to.

I specifically said no onions in burger and it looks like they added more on purpose. 🤬🤬🤬, this McDonald's location is always messing up. We get home and we are either missing something from our order or the order is just completely wrong.. the fries are soggy and not to mention we always get told to pull up to one of the waiting spots even for something as simple as a happy meal. Horrible service...I will be going to the McDonald's in Devine.
