Very good maintenance team and knowledgeable techs had #1 injector go out in wives car needed special tool didn’t want to do myself they got me in on a Thursday and out by 2 Friday also called and wanted to know if I wanted all 4 injectors changed and then the tech called said there was soot build up on injector and wanted to clean them up for me so my experience was great and the pricing was fantastic if you know anything about Maintenenace Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The Sargent Auto Repair staff: Mr. Jones, Robin & owner, Mr. Russell warmly received me when I stopped by their establishment, due to a recent shimmy & shake occurrence to my 2006 Grand Caravan, caused by hitting a crater sized pothole driving thru KC, MO. Russell was able to fit me into their busy schedule and give me a diagnosis that "everything looks good & tight under there". I was further advised to have my tires re-balanced once I got to my destination, since the pothole probably knocked one or two of them out of balance. Best of all, I wasn't charged a single penny for the time or effort put into the inspection. Amazing!!! In our poor little country where America hardly resembles what it use to be, it was a welcomed joy to experience the good old-fashion biblical values of: love, kindness, hospitality and all around "good-people" treatment. Go anywhere else!! Decided to go local and spent $720 here to have a coolant leak checked out and my brakes were locking up. I mentioned I wasn’t seeing any coolant leaks so I was fairly sure it wasn’t external. They changed a coolant hose, flushed and conditioned my brake fluid and sent me home. Within a week I was already needing to add new coolant and not much longer I was having issues with my brakes and stranded downtown. Only a couple hundred miles added since I originally brought it in. Could have done a 5 minute exhaust leak test on my coolant to determine the leak was internal and would need an $8500 head gasket replaced and they had assured me that my brake system was cleaned. I would not trust this place with any of my vehicles, they will also add unnecessary work to your labor bill anywhere that they can.
