Calvert’s in Arnold is the only auto repair shop my husband and I take our three vehicles to. We have been servicing our vehicles at this location for about 6 years now, and we are always very satisfied. Great customer service! They are friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and very efficient. Melissa the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming when you enter. Doug the guy in charge is amazing! He’s very quick at diagnosing the issue of the vehicle and getting it repaired quickly. There are several other guys that work by his side and they are all wonderful and hardworking. This group is trustworthy, & never trying to sell you parts and labor that you don’t need. For these reasons we will always continue to service our vehicles here. Highly recommended! Dropped by on a Thursday afternoon due to a nail in one of my tires. I had no appointment but they were able to get me in almost immediately. They repaired my tire quickly and sent me on my way. I really appreciated the fact they could take care of my problem quickly.

Yesterday I went to Calvert's for the first time! I went in for my safety and immisions tests and they noticed my tire was put on backwards from the last time I bought tires! 🙃 What amazing attention to detail!! I highly recommend this place! They are so super nice and treat you like family. Thank you for your great service everyone! Thanks Billy for taking good care of me!

Wasted $45 dollars to be told nothing. Everything they discussed on the phone that their ac check would diagnose they wanted to charge me $220.00 after showing up to my appointment I was basically told my system held a vacuum for $45.00 , well duh it leaks out but I was told they would put dye in it and diagnose the leaks for the $39.99 ac check they did not Service: Air conditioning

I got an oil change here and it was very easy. They did not try to pressure me into a higher price oil or add any extras on to my bill. They were very upfront on the cost. Extremely nice people. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and after my oil change was done the mechanic came in and thank my for coming in.

They were friendly, took all day and spent over $500.00 yet they couldn't go the extra mile and check out another minor issue I had been having although gentleman who called with quote for brake work needing done he said he would take a look yet when I arrived 6/7 hours late and asked lady in office about it she didn't know and when asked was told didn't get to it bring it back up for diagnostic, REALLY @*#!?? GUT A GAL A BREAK DANG, SO THAR was disappointing.. otherwise maybe breaks are wonderful now!

I appreciate their attention to each problem when bringing in the car. However they did not diagnose my need for a new battery. Because my car is an older make the repairs that they’ve made or helpful. I just have to get a new battery later in the week because my car did not start Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sorry, but I have to change the rating because something happened. I went to Calvert for inspection and emission. He was great at first. He really worked with me on my payment and we had worked out a deal. When everything was done I go to leave and my vape pen is missing. I go back inside and he (I can’t remember his name. I believe he was a manager) admitted to taking it accidentally. I thought ok honest mistake. Benefit of the doubt. I was supposed to get a new windshield as per our agreement but, some things came up in my life and I wasn’t able to get the windshield in the few weeks we had agreed upon. One day, auto glass plus calls me saying they’ll be out later for my windshield replacement. I thought why? I didn’t call them. Was this manager going to pay since he called? I think this is very strange to say the least. Also, I’m sure it was him who called. I mean, who else could it have been? Needless to say, I won’t be back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The employees are really nice. We brought my husband's car in because he thought he needed new breaks. They were honest and told him he did not. I had a leak in my AC, it was fixed in less than an hour that day. We will definitely be coming back.
