Waiting on a call back from Don, so i can talk to him about the way he spoke to my wife. We had massages scheduled, ended up testing positive for covid. The last thing on my mind was to reschedule a massage appointment with the whole family sick. They still charged our card. My bigger issue is the way he spoke to my wife though. I certainly wont stand for it and I will probably be by to see if he has that same telephone tough guy attitude face to face. We've been there a few times already, we live in Oakville, and for the life of me i cant figure out why you would want to push the people in your backyard away.

The worst massage I’ve ever had! I booked a 60 min session for a relaxation massage. On this day, I had a headache and asked the therapist to focus on that. In addition I added that I was stuffy. She never turned me over, kept me on my stomach the entire time, her nails were long and pinched my skin throughout the session. She was very talkative and asked questions about my career and life in general. I wanted a QUIET session, obviously. She never asked if I needed any water. I still felt the need to leave gratuity, which I did. I left feeling worse: dizzy, even more stuffy and completely unsatisfied. I made the front desk aware and asked for a call back from a manager, but never heard back. NEVER going back again! Unfortunately someone needs to make this therapist aware of her poor quality treatments.

The owner, Don was EXTREMELY rude today. I will never be back and will make sure anyone I know never steps foot in this facility again. Harassing someone for tipping not enough is RIDICULOUS. So unprofessional begging for more money when you’ve been given enough.

75 bucks a month, if you don't use your massage you can gift it to a friend for an extra 10 dollars My friend and I went, total of $85 a total of $750 paid to this business overall, and received an email from the owner to go find massage service somewhere because we didn't tip.

Not my best experience. The girl who did my massage skipped parts and seemed more interested in making small talk. Even tho I had a gift certificate for a massage, they charged extra because I had been to a different location over 5 years ago.

Services are good, but trying to cancel a membership is a pain. We called 3 separate times to cancel and all 3 times they said we couldn't cancel if we still had services left (which is ridiculous because you will almost always still have services). Finally emailed corporate who told me this massage Envy was franchised and forwarded my email to the owner, only then was I finally able to cancel my membership.

Tara is very good at what she does and made my first session extremely comfortable! She got out knots I didn’t even know I had. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone in need of a massage

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing! I have been a member for many years, but because my usual office in Sunset Hills was so busy, I decided to try Oakville. Big Mistake! Mind you, I have never complained not one time before in all the years I have been a member. The girls at the desk were nice. The 2 out of 3 therapist were also very friendly, however the one I didn’t care for , not because of her odd technique, but because she was not willing to give me more of a relaxing massage that I after asking her several times. But that isn’t the worst of it. After finishing my last 90 minute appt. yesterday, by another girl, that was relaxing, I was asked to see “ Don” in his office before I left. I was then told by him that because I did not qualify for the discounted rate I received from Sunset Hills, and that they “cheated” , in giving it to me, his words, so I would have to take my services elsewhere. What??? Was my first reaction. I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him to explain what he was talking about and he told me they gave me a rate I didn’t qualify for, therefore he wouldn’t honor it. Ok?? I would have thought at this point he would tell me I would have to pay more at their office, but that didn’t happen . I was told to take my services elsewhere and that was it! He was arrogant and condescending, and NEVER in my 60+ years have I been talked down to like that, much less from a business to which I was a long time member. I did call the Sunset office , because I was just really stunned and had no idea why that just happened, they apologized profusely. They called me again today and apologized. I was given a rate a bit lower than new members because I was a, long time member as they are allowed to do, and he was way off base for whatever reason they weren’t even sure. They were very, very, sorry for having that happen to me for NO reason. So, I will be sending a letter to corporate, as they encouraged. VERY bad business!

Tara was amazing! I had a lot of tension in my chest, shoulders, and back. She was able to relieve all the tension! I bought a package and plan on returning regularly. Highly recommend this place if you need a massage.
