We are an locally owned studio specializing in Therapeutic Massage and Acupuncture services focused on the client's needs. We truly care about our city and have served St. Louis City, County and the Metro East communities for over 10yrs. Our therapists specialize in many modalities including myofascial, craniosacral, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, reflexology, reiki and more. Spa treatments include hot stones, aromatherapy, facial massage, and aroma-body wraps. We also have a classroom, Studio Blue for yoga classes and community workshops Appointments are available seven days a week 9a-9p by calling or online booking. We often have same day availability. I think I found my new massage go to. I had been going to a chain, Massage Luxe, for years. Great price I'd locked in through a deal through my former employer, but got so tired of getting short changed on time w massages not lasting through the end of scheduled time and then having to argue to get credited back. All in all, I wanted a massage studio that actually left me relaxed at the end of the interaction! Well, finally, I found it! Like everyone else notes, super relaxing atmosphere, front desk person was super chill, great energy all around. They have great covid safety protocols, I feel safe that my masseuse is being protected and so am I. Easy scheduling. My original therapist had a medical emergency and they found a same day reschedule. I also like that they seem to be very LGBTQIA+ friendly here, and they offer diverse types of services for all types of clients, like binder massage, and forms with gender choices that aren't exclusionary. Julie is the best. The best massage I've had in years. Fell asleep and caught myself snoring (don't tell anyone 🤫). I asked for firm pressure and haaallp w my mountains of back and neck knots and she delivered. Absolutely perfect pressure. Also, she started the session off w Reiki and it totally set the tone. Another thing, I was a little worried that since our session started a little past the half hour she might end at less than 60 minutes. Decided to just chill and not even mention it. She still gave me the full hour ( and honestly a few minutes more if I'm not mistaken). I really appreciate the high quality of service and professionalism. Reserved parking out back.

I've been to Indigo many times over years for massage, yoga and acupuncture and always appreciated the sensitivity and care in the environment that they create. I recently had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Nicole Anderson at their Maplewood location and it was transformative. Her awareness, compassion, intuition and skill left me with so much gratitude. I can't recommend a session with Dr. Anderson more highly. Thank you, thank you for the support!

I’ve had about 20 massages and only twice with the same therapist. I’ve never been able to find the right one until now. Indigo massage is a relaxing, well-appointed environment and Ashlee gave me the best, most thorough, productive massage I’ve ever had. I’ve now found the person right for my needs. Also, I’m chatty and Ashlee willingly and compellingly engages in conversation (even if she prefers to work silently. You’d never know). Truly 5 star massage. Thanks.

Anne was great to work with as we set up chair massages for my staff at two different locations on two different days. The therapists were wonderful and managed to make the small space we used feel like you stepped away from work. The staff really enjoyed their 15 minutes of total relaxation. The total fee was extremely reasonable for the services provided. Totally recommend Indigo Massage and Wellness!

I went to Massage Envy for years, then their policies changed and my favorite therapist quit, so I quit going there. So I was very glad my sister found this place and gifted me a massage. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I've had massages from Brennan, Aaron, and Jen and I have no complaints! There are a few parking spots in the back and I've never had an issue finding street parking nearby either. And as a bonus, Cafe Piazza is right across the street if you want a good quick bite after your relaxation session.

Complete and total bliss!!! I literally just walked out from my massage and HAD to pause to write a review so I wouldn’t forget to later. My brother purchased a prenatal massage for me for my birthday and OH. MY. GOD. It was 80-minutes of complete and total perfection. I have never had such a thorough and relaxing massage in my life...and I’ve been fortunate to experience many massages. Mandy is incredible! I absolutely will be back SOON!!! UPDATE (March 2019): As always, Mandy is amazing. I leave these massages not only feeling relaxed, but like I am standing taller, have more range of motion and ready to take on whatever comes at me. I adore her and am so thankful for her!

My husband and I are part of their Wellness program which allows for a massage a month at a discounted rate (which is amazing and so!! cost effective). We have used a number of the therapists but we have stuck with a few of our favorites. They are all amazing. I can't say enough fabulous things about Indigo. The therapists are wonderful. The place is serene, clean and comfy. Anne, the owner, is so kind and runs a great shop. We do not go anywhere else in STL for our massages.

In town on vacation and wanted a massage. Considered the four seasons, but was a little too pricey for my taste. Luckily, I found Indigo. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day and had Jennifer for my 60 minute massage. It was incredible! I've had MANY massages and I have to say this was one of the best! Soft hands, perfect pressure, relaxing atmosphere, friendly employees, even got a discount for being a new customer! Nothing could have gone better! It was perfect! I highly recommend!!
