Tyler is a great person and easy to open up too. I loved getting my sessions from him but I get to change to a new person now. I am looking forward to new adventures, I love the staff here, they are always polite and seem happy to help if we need anything, to make our experience better.

Very disappointed. Scheduled an appt a few days in advance for 1:30pm and when I arrived I was informed that the therapist wasn't in today due to snow - 2 days after the snow stopped. Worse, I didn't receive a phone call to alert me that she was not coming in. Frustrating. Will avoid this location in the future.

Esthetician Lori’s bubbly personality and knowledge to help me deal with dryness and sensitive skin has kept me coming back. She always greets me with a smile and checks in on my skin’s health. She’s great at keeping me on point and using the perfect products to keep my skin moisturized. If you are looking for an esthetician that knows her stuff, get an appointment with Lori!

My experiences with Massage Envy Manchester have been exceptional. Warm welcomes as soon as I enter and an hour of pure relaxation 😌. I have a few massage therapist I see so that I can go on the weekends and on my days off. Each therapist, Ariel and Tia have their own unique style, but both are professional and give wonderful massages.

I'd never gotten a massage before, so I was very hesitant. The staff were very welcoming and the location was so clean and inviting. I had an hour long appointment with Tia and she made me feel very comfortable and at home. All my fears were eased. I felt so relaxed and so rejuvenated. She kept checking that the pressure was okay and that I was as well. Gold standard professionalism. I can't wait to come back!

Just got my first massage done today which was the deep tissue massage. It was amazing!!! My neck and shoulders feel much better and I've already scheduled another appointment. I love the app that they have and the people are really nice.It is worth it and I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. I usually listen to my own relaxing music while getting a massage and masseur Laura refused to see me because she wanted “my full attention “ while I was getting the massage.... seriously??? Ive listened to songs on multiple massage envy locations.. Cancelling my massage envy membership immediately.

Tori was amazing. I have never felt so comfortable with someone new giving me a massage. She knew exactly where my trouble points were and how much time to spend at each spot. The heated blanket was a huge plus. The staff were warm and friendly, and it was an overall very quiet facility. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming here again!
