Engine light started blinking the other day on the highway. Came in the AutoZone and the gentleman there was beset by frustrated people who were insisting on immediate attention to their problems. Kudos to the AutoZone staff for their professionalism. Calmness and non-confrontational demeanor. By the way, I assume it was the manager who identified my problem on the computer module. Save me a bunch of money and gave me some good maintenance advice

Poor customer service seems like they don't care what you're doing there (bringing business) Their inventory if off. Online says they have it store doesn't. They guy was un attentive.

9:40 a.m. on a Tuesday. I am the only guest here and walk in needing a small part and asked for assistance. The employee continued to walk past me without stopping and says "I'm the only one here" and I asked "so you can't help me?" And he said "No, not really. Why? Do you need help?" Wow. I asked if I should come back later. He said "Yeah you probably should." UNBELIEVABLE. Trust me. I won't come back. Ever. Here I come O' Reilly!! Update... I emailed AutoZone customer service. They responded via email the same day stating that they would reach out to me within 24 hours. It's been a week and no one has contacted me.

Worst experience ever, asked to get my service engine soon light to be checked out by their computer, and they just handed me the computer and said figure it out. I spent hard earned money in a store that could care less about me as a customer, I will never return!

I know it's a huge chain, and I miss the locally owned car parts dealers from my youth, but these guys remind me of those days. They are knowledgeable and treat you like family. Maybe they have to follow certain corporate structures, but they still make me feel like I did in the old days, when you could adjust an engine by sound and sight.

I went to return something here with receipt and the store manager Dan was saying I won't get you refund until you have the same card number and i asked hime to get gift card and he denied. Really weird, after I called the regional office then they sort it out.

One of the associates met me outside personally took off my wipers and immediately went inside to see what she could do. Rose was amazing the transaction was smooth and effortless with mikes help. She even came out to put them on my car for me with the help of another friendly face Deon and then they had me all set and on my way! Rated 10 out of five stars.

Danielle is a life saver! Great helper! Very kind! I called asking about a headlight on my gf 2020 Kia forte and I didn't know how to change it and she walked me through step by step and was very kind and Informative. She even showed me and was kind enough to reach me how to do it myself. Great teacher amd great worker. I will definitely be seeking her help more if any car issue happens again. ( knock on wood that it doesn't)

First representative was short & over worked & not helpful. Refused to check Battery because only 2 employees were on duty. Waited 10 minutes until another employee showed up who was very helpful, provided excellent service as I purchased a $175 and installed it.
