Great service. They were not pushy about repairs. Did great on my oil change and brake flush. I'm glad to have a reliable mechanic who knows MINIs. John at the front desk was super responsive through email and answered questions before scheduling my appointment. They got me in really quickly. They communicated well. A lot of shops don't even call. They make you call, wondering what's going on. John called to authorize the work, then called promptly when the work was complete. Customer service was amazing. I will totally come back here for my regular maintenance. ~Valerie

This used to be a great place to go.. not anymore. Ordered from a kiosk, got my table top number, and waited. Some jerk called the table top number out, I didn't hear it. Went to counter and waited, after no one brought my food to me. Finally, said jerk asked what I was waiting for.. showed him my receipt, and he pointed to my order on the counter and exclaimed "It's right there!" This is customer service? Jerk needs a different job. ~Invixious

I like this store A LOT. It doesn't matter whether you are a veteran or a rookie, and Ulta can always be the one stop to satisfy all your needs. The store is beautifully and brightly decorated and well organized. The sale ladies are very cool and kind. I particularly would like to thank Minda for helping me to choose the right products. Minda is very kind, patient, knowledgable and professional. I ended up buying couple of her recommendations and also take some notes of her tips. Thank you so much!
