I have brought my car in for service here multiple times. The shop is always quick does good work. They don’t nickel and dime you. Staff is always friendly. Jeff makes sure that your car gets taken care of right.

I have bought many a set of tires from this location, and the service has always been wonderful. But, this last time was just out of the ballpark! I had an appointment, but they were understaffed, and had a shop full of cars to deal with. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a fresh set of rubber for my van, all while dealing with the usual assortment of customers. One fellow even got quite belligerent, to the point I thought the authorities might have to be called. But, the light haired fellow had the patience of a saint (forgive me for not remembering his name) and calmly explained procedures, troubleshooting, work performed, scope, and potential turnaround times to an increasingly agitated and angry man who understood nothing about vehicle diagnostics or reasonable timelines. I worked behind a counter for seven years and while usually unflappable, I would have lost my cool long before that man left. 10/10, superb staff, superb service, and that's the reason I drive 30 miles to get tires after moving across town. I need an emissions inspection to renew my plates; I called, and the message for this location (option 1 from the main phone menu) says that full inspection requires an appointment, but emissions only testing is walk-in after 8a. I just tried to walk in and get emissions done, and was turned away. The two gentlemen inside told me I needed to make an appointment; I clarified that it was emissions only, and they said I still needed an appointment…so I shared what the recording said and he told me I was wrong. I suggested he call and check for himself; the other gentleman then said that they are understaffed, so they couldn’t do it until Wednesday. I totally get being understaffed, but updating an IVR to reflect correct information is simple, and arguing with me instead of just explaining the situation and sharing what you can do was disappointing. There are 15-20 other places that do the same thing in a two-mile radius, and this experience illustrates why you should choose one of the other options.

Took my car in for a tire alignment. They kept the car for three days, charged me for labor, and didn't even align the tires. Didn't want to deal with how inadequate they were so I just paid it and took my car. I'll go to dobbs next door to actually get the service I asked for.

We had our van break down right by this Firestone, so we pulled it in and requested some help. They were incredibly busy (because it was Saturday of all days), but they committed to us to keep the vehicle overnight and to get it looked at on Sunday. By the time I got there on Sunday, they already had it in the shop and had it on the docket to test. Jeff and Robert were incredibly kind and helpful and I want to especially thank them.

The one who assist me with my car was jeff he was very friendly and most importantly he was informative and showed me what was wrong with my car. I was seeing if I need an wheel alightment but he showed me the document showing that all of them were in good shape and they were able to get my oil change, wheels replaced quickly, and fixed my problem, I highly recommend him

I needed some expensive work done to my car, and they did it flawlessly. Four tires, alignment, and they replaced my cracked OEM rim. I know quite a bit about cars, and i never felt like they were trying to get one over on me.
