Had a routine oil change conducted at this location in May 2022. I returned for further service on July 30, 2022 only to find that this location was closed. A note on each of the garage doors indicated that 'due to staffing shortages' the location was temporarily closed. Dismayed, I was directed to the nearby Independence location. The service there was as expected. I'm just sore that I had an added time and expense of traveling out of the way from my intended destination.

I had a bad experience at the Wornall location. They question me and wouldn’t fix the filter they left lose. The blue springs 7 highway location Brittany and Andrew took great care of me and fixed their mistake with no questions. I will definitely use them again. Service: Oil change

Only 2 employees were working. I knew a tire was low and had to ask them to fill it because they hadn't checked the tire pressures. Another customer asked about tire rotation and they stated this location cannot preform tire rotation service.

I tried to get an oil change and was accused of being a spy. Told the General manager, I work across the street, I just want an oil change. told me to leave and that he does not know who i work for and does not want to be spied on. I told the worker i am not mad i just do not like how i was treated. after 10 minutes of him being rude and accusing me of being a spy, i walked out he asked if i would like an oil change, i said no i will go somewhere else, he said good bye.

Took my car in to have the oil changed, was told I would have to wait 30 minutes which was fine, I could wait. Finally got to have my car looked at, was told they couldn’t service it since they heard a ticking sound. Had my car looked at, was told there was literally nothing wrong with. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had a really great experience at this location. They were professional, very quick, and educated me on several points of my car. Also they were just really nice and pleasant. I was in and out of there so quickly, but I wasn't sacrificing any quality. I trust my SUV with them completely. I had to have a different place do my last oil change and they told me that the filtering needed to be replaced immediately. At this location, he told me that I had at least two to three changes before it needed to be replaced. I appreciate the honesty. That's how you retain customers. Service: Oil change
