Very helpful in warranty exchange of parts, remembering and acknowledging it's the part that is under warranty not the purchase. These days phone numbers get changed and forgotten but as long as the part is theirs the will exchange it with no hassle. Great job autozone

I drive past at least 6 other parts stores just to go to Autozone. The customer service is by far the best and everyone is ready to help. Today I was working on a vehicle that needed to be completed and Courtney stayed late to ensure that I would have what I needed to finish. Every time of been in the store it seems that Courtney is very knowledgeable and others seem to turn to her to be able to help. I am overwhelmed with the service I continue to receive. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Customer service is trash! I went in just to buy motor oil. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. I grabbed what I needed then stood up front waiting for one of the two cashiers to assist me. Didn’t receive help from either. One literally said he was busy with something else while the other one looked at me then decided to pick up a phone call instead. Thankfully there was a Advance Auto Parts down the street.

Service was awesome! Aaron ( he’s a manager I believe, if not he should be!) helped me figure out how to move over some pieces on an old 98 gmc 3500 power steering pump. Again. Stand up guy with great customer service! Ask for Aaron! Not Daniel lol
