I love the convenience of the pizza portals. Everyone was busy, I ran in grabbed it, and left. The pizza needed more sauce though.

Went inside to get my pizza and they were playing rap music so loud you couldn’t communicate with the employees. When we got the pizza nothing was cut and half folded on itself. The box was not assembled correctly and starting falling apart and I almost had a hot pizza fall in my lap. Ray Charles could have made the pizza better.

Ordered a meal for my family, chose the delivery option. Was given a wait time of around 40mins, no problem at all. After waiting over 40mins, after my food should've been delivered, I get a message my order was modified or canceled, and to check with location for details. I've literally been trying to call this location for over 20mins, nothing but a busy signal. So forced to take my order elsewhere, and wait an additional 40+ mins. Would've been nice to get a phone call... Poor service.

I tried buying a pizza thru T-Mobile Tues. Their instructions were followed yet it & the employees said I had to order thru the app, even though I was standing in the store. I had no reason to give all my personal info & load my phone with another app & spend dinner time just to get a few dollars off a meal.

Ordered a fresh large thin crust cheese and a large thin crust pepperoni and 8 wings. I got the pizzas fresh but my wings had been setting in a warmer for an hour. I asked for my money back on the wings but they took the whole order and wouldn't let me take the pizzas. Not to mention I have tried to call the store over 13 times in the last hour only to be hung up on will not recommend 0 out of 1000 worst customer service experience ever

I ordered a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread through the drive through. Though I did not order the sauce, they charged me $1 anyway. When I went in for a refund I was told they had to refund the whole order and ring it up again, and it would take a week to be refunded back to my card. Yet it only took a few seconds to over charge me. Check your receipts!

I went through the drive through, and no one answered so I pulled up to the window, no one answered there either. I then knocked on the window, no one answered so I then opened it a small crack to get someone to help me…and they wouldn’t serve me. All of the employees were rude and just seemed upset, not helpful. It’s sad my family will never go here again. Opening the window a crack after waiting 12 min to get someone’s attention. I wasn’t upset I was simply asking for service. Some type of service. Any service would have been great. Very rude manager, and employees. So sad to see this.

I do not recommend this establishment until Managers are retrained or replaced. Here's the situation. We ordered the Extramostbestest Italian and when my wife picked it up, she brought the lack of sausage to the attention of a manager (tall, bigger girth, grizzly looking). He stated, with a very nonchalant, whatever attitude, that they never look like the commercials or the ads. I understand that, but a piece of pizza should have more than just 2 pieces of sausage on the very tip of it (see pics). So when she got home and I saw the pizza, I called and spoke to "another" manager. The manager was rude, off putting, and very unprofessional. The Manager wouldn't give his name because he stated it was for "personal security". First time I've ever had a manager of a company straight out refuse to give their name. He then got very defensive asking why I was "coming at him like that?" I didn't yell or curse at him, I was simply just asking questions and he gets all bent out of shape. Recommend getting some thicker skin if that was "coming at him" and he fears for his personal security. If you're a manager...hear the issue, address the issue, and resolve the issue.

Oddly enough, Little Caesars is one of the few Blue Springs takeout options we have tried since moving here. The staff is a bit rude. If you order carryout, they make you go inside instead of through the drivethru, which was very inconvenient (and painful) for me to do while using my cane. I then had to shout to get the attention of someone to help me. But at least the food is decent and I don't feel like I've gotten a raw deal. That calzony pizza is also amazing for filling the teenage boy's hollow leg!

Affordable good food , fast and easy . Can't beat three pizzas and crazy bread for under $20 , and the wait was pretty quick , had dinner and bought enough for lunch the next day , definitely gonna be back soon.
