Overall I was very pleased with the experience. I do wish the pizza had been warmer/hotter. I arrived within the time frame indicated hoping it would be hot. It was not.

Overall, the food was good and delivered quickly. The problem was with the online ordering. I selected a special deal and after personalizing and putting it in my cart, I got the message that I was ineligible for this deal. There was nothing in the deal description that indicated that it was for first time online users but that was the message I kept getting. I needed the pizza for a family gathering and was short on time. Consequently I ended up having to pay substantially more than I thought I was going to. I was not happy and will not likely order from Pizza Hut again soon.
