Best fast food restaurant in Blue Springs, Missouri (MO) 2024

Every Friday I've ordered, my pizza has arrived under 20 mins. Amazing. ~Drew

We stopped in while traveling. There was no one in line when I walked up. I ordered 2 coffees, 4 donuts, and 2 bagels. The order was placed at 0919hrs. I received the food within a reasonable time. I received the first coffee 16 minutes after the order was placed. I received the second coffee 20 minutes after the order was placed. There were 5 employees there and some just stood around talking to the few who were working. They weren’t talking about work related issues so it’s not as if they were training. There was one pleasant worker who had no training but was still on her own. We had to tell her where the donut was when we ordered it. She asked us to point it out because she didn’t know what it looked like. I would avoid this place and go across the street to Scooters coffee shop instead. ~Kevin

95 degrees outside....probably 90 degrees inside this place and the humidity in the building is WORSE than it is outside. We sat directly under the A/C vent by the TV and it was blowing luke warm air. Service was slow. Bun was dry on the burger. EVERY PERSON we came in contact with seemed like they absolutely hated being there. But the food was at least average for a Wendy's. ~Google

Apparently this place has new management. In the last six months it has gone completely downhill even during Covid they did a much better job of taking care of their patrons. I have gone numerous times to get a bucket of dark meat chicken and the last three occasions they’ve been out of dark meat. This time I go to the drive-through and they tell me there’s a 10 minute wait time because of the shift change. If this is true and they got new management they’re doing an awful job. It’s a shame because they use to have the best customer service. Also the lights aren’t on making you wonder if they are even open. ~April
